Pets may accompany you during your stay at FIVE Zurich for a fee of CHF 40 per pet, per night.

It’s now easier than ever to get to FIVE Zurich! We also provide private parking at FIVE Zurich. For guests visiting the hotel, a charge of CHF10 applies for every 3 hours and for 24 hours overnight parking, a charge of CHF 30 applies

Please note that children under 16 are allowed under supervision from 10am-12pm to our SPA and Indoor pool.

Excellent hotel, great staff.
Pros:

We stayed 7 nights. Great service and crew. The hotel staff was extremely helpful with direction, drinks, and service in general was outstanding. We definitely would come back again Ample space in the room and very well maintained hotel in general. Thanks to Felipe, Eva, Andres, Giorgio , Ali and Olekseii for making our stay memorable. Also the internal pool and spa is really good.

Cons:

The Hotel is NOT close to the center. It is highly recommended to get a Swiss Pass Travel card so if you plan to see different cities around, highly recommended. The Swiss pass also let you get into many museums. We used Uber and the tram to go to Central station several times, but it can be cumbersome as there is a small hike to the closest station ( triemli ). It is no a negative thing per-se but we are not the hiking type. Note that the outside pool doesnt open until mid-may I think.

Pros:

Établissement, super, confortable, et super tranquille idéal pour se reposer🥰

Cons:

Je trouve scandaleux de faire des réservations et que ont soie pas remboursé si ont part 2 nuits avant.
En plus aucun employé ne parle français c’est pas normal surtout en Suisse

Awful. Beware the cheapo “superior” rooms.
Pros:

Spa / pool / hot tub area was great.

Cons:

Beware staying here - if you ended up in a cheaper “Superior” room in the East Wing, these are actually Inferior rooms. The windows do not open, and the air does not cool, so it will be very stuffy and comfortable. Horrible stay.

An elegant stay with excellent service, great facilities, and stunning views.
Pros:

The hotel is stylish and modern, with great facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive throughout my stay, which made me feel very welcome. The Junior Suite was spacious and very comfortable, with privacy and stunning views over Zurich. The hotel’s spa and restaurants, especially Cinque Studio, created a luxurious atmosphere, making the overall experience both enjoyable and elegant. A special mention goes to the breakfast, which offered a wide selection of high-quality ingredients in a calm and cozy atmosphere.

Cons:

The bathroom amenities were fine, but I expected a bit more.

في البدايه كانت سيئه بحكم ان الغرفه كانت بالمبنى الجديد / انقطاع المياه وتوقف التكييف .. لكنهم في اليوم الثاني عملوا

Pros:

Очень красивый и комфортный отель. Персонал исключительно приветливый и внимательный — на ресепшене всегда подробно отвечали на все наши вопросы и с готовностью помогали.

Сервис на высоком уровне: по приезде сотрудники сами парковали наш автомобиль и при необходимости быстро его возвращали.

Номер был очень уютным — удобная кровать, отличная ванная комната, всё на высшем уровне.

В отеле есть хорошие рестораны с приятной атмосферой.

Единственный небольшой минус — отель расположен немного вдали от основной дороги, но так как у нас была машина, для нас это не создало никаких неудобств.

Super relaxant et accueil très agréable merci
Pros:

L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel et la tranquillité des lieux.

Cons:

Odeurs d’égouts parfois au spa ou au robinet des toilettes de la chambre. Mais c’était propre!
