Pets may accompany you during your stay at FIVE Zurich for a fee of CHF 40 per pet, per night.

פשוט גן עדן, וייב בלתי סופי ,מלון מעוצב ומבריק, חדרים חלומיים, בריכת שחיה , בר, רופטופ מסעדה איטלקית, כל הטוב הזה דקות ספורות ממרכז ציריך ובסביבה ירוקה ופסטורלית, בוודאות נחזור לשם.

Lage nicht so schlecht

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer und Kategorie stand bei Ankunft in der Nacht nicht zur Verfügung. Wir wurden in einem abgelegenen Gebäude einquartiert. Zimmerservice (zuerst Getränke und später das Essen) wurde nach über 1.5 Stunden gebracht. Der Manager hat dann am nächsten Tag einen Rabatt von 20 CHF vorgeschlagen. Bei so einem Fail hätte man das ganze Zimmer umsonst geben geben sollen. So was hatte ich noch nie im Leben erlebt.

فندق جميل جدا وانصح فيه ويوجد فيه شطاف والمرافق اللي فيه جدا ممتازة وتعامل الموظفين جيد واخص بالشكر خواكين خلوق جدا ويحرص على رضا النزلاء شكرا لكم جميعا كانت اقامة جيدة

في وقت الزحمة يكون هناك زوار كثر من خارج الفندق ولا يوجد مكان في المسلح للنزلاء وكلمت المسئول يدبر لي مكان قالي روح دور بنفسك واذا مافي مكان نتعذر منك كانت اسلوبه هذا الوحيد اللي نرفزني بس ولا الفندق بشكل عام ممتاز والفطور عادي جدا مايستاهل

Buitenzwembad werd niet bediend tot 19.00.
Muziek ging aldoor uit en aan. Buiten kan je niet meer zitten bij restaurant sluit i.v.m. regels .
Nieuwe bordjes of bestek na elke gang moest je naar vragen.

Kamer was oké maar niet Five waardig. Bij het bed tegen de wand (hoofdboard) zat viezigheid en vloerbedekking was smoezelig.

Il faudrait un peu plus de surveillance dans le spa. Il y a un certain type de clientèle bruyante et négligente qui laisse leur linge dans le sauna et sur les chaises longues alors qu'ils sont partis !

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Aufenthalt am Pool war für uns als Hotelgäste sehr angenehm. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Professionalität des Personals. Ein spezieller Dank gilt George am Poolservice, der mit seinem engagierten und aufmerksamen Service wesentlich zu unserem positiven Erlebnis beigetragen hat. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden und freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

Superbe expérience !
Pros:

Le personnel de réception, en particulier Felipe, est très accueillant et serviable. L'emplacement est magnifique et proche de la nature. La décoration est stylée et de très bon goût.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est à CHF 55.-- !!
Pour passer de notre chambre au batiment principal, il faut emprunter un long passage souterrain ou faire appel à un chauffeur.
