Pros:

just an absolute treat - staff are world class, large rooms, unbelievable facilities for swimming and gym and all the bars and restaurants you could possibly wish for

immer wieder gerne- top Hotel
Pros:

Das Haus gehört zu meinen Lieblingshotel. Die Lage, das Personal einfach WoW. Die Junior-Suite ist geräumig und bietet viel Platz.Die Bar und die Restaurant sind ein Besuch wert.
Das Bett ist ein Traum, ich habe selten so win
bequemes Bett erlebt.

Cons:

Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, eine Auffrischung täte ihnen gut.

Pros:

Do funcionário Felipe, brasileiro e extremamente cordial

Cons:

Baixo custo-benefício. Os quartos do anexo leste ficam longes da recepção, em outro pedio com 5 min de caminhada ou transfer por meio de um motorista, são pequenos. Não tinha ar condicionado.

unavailability of indoor swimming pool we feel we waist of our money.

we arrived hotel at 17:30 on 10th and my one kid 7 years old not allowed to the Swimming pool. so he got upset and started to cry make us to upset. after we talked with staff the allow him last hour and they said can use the swimming pool next day between 7am to 14pm. so when we go next day they close the pool for maintenance. so he couldn't enjoy the swimming pool during our stay. we mainly booked this hotel for indoor swimming pool. but hotel staff not allow us to enjoy it by saying xyz reasons. we feel waist of money.
