Pros:

Der spa Bereich ist schön, auch wenn das Dampfbad defekt war. Das Frühstück ist okay, der Service dahinter mittelmäßig.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren kalt! Meine Tochter hat sich mit Handtüchern zugedeckt, wir sind alle durch die Kälte krank geworden, es hat permanent gezogen. Der Gang in den Ostflügel ist eine Zumutung! Ein unterirdischer Gang, dunkel und man muss über 2 min nach abwärts laufen. Äußerst unangenehm, da der Shuttle der einzige extra dafür eingerichtet ist den Transport von außen zu übernehmen zu unserem Aufenthalt überfordert war und einfach nicht kam. Für Menschen die schlecht zu Fuß sind oder den Comfort eines 5* Hauses erwarten kann ich diese Erfahrung nicht empfehlen!

We have been hosted in Five hotel for almost 4 years, every single trip to Zurich this is our choice for our hotel always. The place is wonderfull, the building and the sunround nature ways. We always enjoy our stay and the service

The breakfast and the room the staff were really nice

We checked in at 16h00 instead of 15h 1hour of waiting but overall it was good

J'ai payé ma chambre d'avance sur booking et quand je suis arrivée à l'hotel ils ne trouvaient pas la reservation . J'ai donc du repayer ma nuité le lendemain matin , j'ai envoyé une reclamation pas de suivi, Petit dejeuner trop cher à 55CHF

Hold jer væk fra East Wing, ligger langt væk og bør renoveres, desuden kan vinduerne ikke åbnes.

Hôtels 5 étoiles il y a des meilleure hôtel 3-4 étoiles où on est beaucoup mieux accueille et servis

Cons:

On avait pas accès au penthouse. Je n’ai toujours pas reçu mes 200chf de caution. Les femme de ménage ne changeais pas les draps. On appeler le room service on avait 0 réponse.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel was comfortable, quiet, clean, and very pleasant. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the food was really good as well.

We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and truly enjoyed the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

alles in Allem gut bis sehr gut, alles was man braucht an einem "Ort", selbst Natur
Pros:

Zimmerausstattung, geschmacklich eingerichtet und abgestimmte Farben, ruhig, Übersichtlichkeit, Spa und Massageangebote, 3 Restaurants

Cons:

Gewisse Lokalitäten waren doch etwas sehr kalt (z.B. Frühstücksraum) aber vor allem das Japanische Restaurant war sehr kalt. Die Preise im Jap. Restaurant sind extrem hoch, kein Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Preise der Minibar hauen einem schlichtweg um!
Lift funktionierte mehr als 4 Tage nicht, leider auch das Dampfbad, schade!
