Overall, the hotel accommodation is budget friendly and accessible to all establishments.
Pros:

I like the location of the hotel, just walking distance to convenience stores, banks, eateries and mall

Cons:

the room was ok but, they did not clean the floor most specially under the bed. There is no Hot & Cold Shower, the table is too small.

Bir bardak sıcak su , sadece sıcak su için ücret talep edildi , ben de ödedim. Dışarıda kahve 20 peso , hotele sadece sıcak su için 20 peso ödedim.

If you`re just looking a place only to sleep and not mind about cleanliness,then it`s ok to GV

The location was just near in our Church.

Pros:

GV Hote's location in Ipil is the best. Everything is accessible from here

Cons:

GV could use some renovation of its facilities. Since it's a busy place, the location has probably earned it
