He tenido un cargo de una habitación extra , al parecer en el proceso de reserva se hizo doble cuando no tengo constancia de ello, el hotel no hizo ninguna gestión ni ayuda al respecto, espero respuesta por parte de booking

Very Clean and front amazing beach
Pros:

The room was very clean with sea view was amazing very clean and had everything you need , towels for the beach, AC, big tv, and amazing view in the balcony

The location was close to bars and nightlife venue but good thing you do not hear it from the room.

Cons:

At the price we booked it should have included the breakfast.

Das Hotel ist sehr zum weiterempfehlen und ich war nicht das letzte Mal dort.
Pros:

Ich wurde herzlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Bei einem Problem mit meinem Handy wurde mir freundlich geholfen.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Zimmer wurden sogar in Ordnung gebracht, wenn es nicht gefordert war. Das ist einem sehr aufmerksames und nicht zu faulen Reinigungspersonal zu verdanken.
Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, und nicht zu laut.

Check the vibe before you go, but hotel is great and close to beach.
Pros:

Huge glass window to balcony on sea view room is amazing and a real high. Is the opposite side of road to a nice beach and clear water so was also great. Rooms were well equipped, always clean.

Cons:

The location however is in the middle of a big party area for young German party goers, so big groups of young people for stag, hen parties, and just big groups on holidays. That said, everyone was well behaved even if mostly intoxicated. Some of those groups were in the hotel, and occasionally made a lot of noise but were mostly OK.

Absolute Enttäuschung
Pros:

Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Frühstück

Cons:

Wir waren mit unserer Gruppe bereits zum dritten Mal im AYA.

Bis jetzt sind wir auch immer begeistert gewesen. Nettes Personal, Sauberkeit top, Frühstück sehr lecker mit guter Auswahl.

Nun sind wir allerdings bei unserem jüngsten Besuch sehr enttäuscht worden.

Bis jetzt war es nie ein Problem, das man sich von der Promenade was zum Essen mit an den Pool bringt und dort verzehrt. Das wurde immer toleriert.

Dieses Mal mussten wir aber tatsächlich zum Essen aufs Zimmer wechseln und den Poolbereich verlassen. Im gleichen Atemzug wurde das bei anderen Gästen, die mit nem Stapel Pizzen an der Rezeption vorbei zum Pool gingen, in keinster Weise geahndet.

Das auf der Liegewiese geraucht wurde (Hotel für "Adults only") hatte bis jetzt auch nie jemanden interessiert. Genauso verhält es sich mit dem mitgebrachten Bier auf der Liegewiese. Auch das war nie ein Problem.

In unseren Augen war das unserer Gruppe gegenüber reine Schikane seitens des Hotels.

Für uns war es somit leider der letzte Aufenthalt im Hotel AYA.

Pros:

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Majorque. L’établissement est très agréable, les chambres sont confortables et propres, et le personnel est accueillant et attentionné. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Right in the beach less than a 100 m from the front door water fountains on every floor with ice cold options for free use rooms are very spacious and you get a set of towels for the beach and a set for your room
