Dass es kein Frühstück am Abreisetag gab.
I loved location of this hotel. It was perfect. Not so far from centre of Mallorca, local bus stop was only few meters from Hotel. Breakfast was really perfect, you had a lot of options. Personal was kind. I enjoyed it there. Thank u.
So clean and fresh. And the pool was so nice. So relaxed and quiet too. We spent so much time by the pool. The beach is a stone throw away right in front of the hotel which made it so handy to go for a sea swim. The nicest hotel I have stayed in abroad in a long time.

Le personnel impeccable ! La chambre était parfaite pour une personne et l’emplacement face à la plage
Le hammam ne fonctionnait pas et la salle de sport était un peu petite mais ce sont des détails.
Le seul point noir étant les touristes allemands qui font du bruit en pleine nuit
The property was clean and modern. Its beach front location was ideal. The staff were friendly and helpful. We opted out of breakfast but did eat there one evening and enjoyed our meal. Great value
Someone got stuck in the lift on our first night which made us very nervous about using it for our stay. There are two lifts but both feel a bit dated. We were on the 5th floor so got a decent leg work out each day.

Great design and attention to detail in the rooms. Loved the large mirrors - dressing table mirror, magnifying mirror and a full length mirror, proper hanging space and plenty of hangers, lots of sockets and placed close to the bed and dressing table, really comfortable bed, fab air con, brilliant shower and lovely big balcony with hanging space for drying clothes.
The restaurant and bar and pool were also lovely and breakfast was great.
Location is stag party central but I was staying due to the proximity to S’Arenal Marina which was perfect.

Borzasztó környék, max 1 éjszaka egy bulihoz illetve az után. Első emelti szobában nem lehetett aludni a sok részegtől akik reggelig üvöltöztek. Egy nappal előbb elhagytuk a szállást. Ezen a szakaszon a víz is piszkos volt a strand is és büdös volt mindenhol. Nem megyünk vissza.
Posizione, vista, colori, tranquillità, letto comodo, doccia ampia, personale disponibile.
In realtà nessuna criticità, solo piccole cose che ti aspetteresti da un 4 stelle come tv smart, ciabattine e frigobar rifornito ma sono piccolezze.
