The front staff was incredible, all so knowledgeable and made sure my friend and I were not getting scammed. Arranged a car for us for the day and helped us plan our trip.
Am avut un sejur plăcut. Camera a fost foarte spațioasă și avea vedere la grădină. Micul dejun tip bufet a fost variat și bine aprovizionat.
Hotelul este situat într-o zonă animată, cu multe opțiuni în apropiere. Per total, am fost mulțumiți de alegerea făcută.

El trato del personal fue excelente. Se notaba la atención que daban incluso cuando se comunicaban entre ellos y no había ningún cliente cerca.
Muy bien ubicado, agradecimos tener agua gratis toda la estancia. Incluso nos dejaron una sombrilla para la playa cuando la necesitamos.
Habitación amplia. Vista. Ubicación. Predisposición de algunos empleados de recepción, como Miguel y el personal del bar.

Great location at Ballermann. While close to the action by foot, beach on the other side of the road and mini-markets within 30sec to either side of the hotel, still very quietly situated. Great view on the bay of Palma and friendly staff
Wifi on laptop doesnt seem to work if your company has strict firewalls (popup with sign-on instead of simple password). Never understand why the extra difficulty... other than that and as others already commented before, the toilets are really suboptimally designed. You can hear everything as it is just a milky glass door that doesnt even close properly.

Die Gestaltung der Badezimmer- und Toiletteneinrichtung (Lavabo im Schlafzimmer anstatt im WC-Raum) ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig
