Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter Filippo war äußerst hilfsbereit, freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Er hat sich hervorragend um seine Gäste gekümmert und uns bei Fragen immer schnell weitergeholfen.
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Waschsalon mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern. Die Kosten liegen bei etwa 10 € pro Wasch- und Trockengang.
Der Strand ist in etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Über eine Empfehlungskarte von Filippo konnten wir im Strandabschnitt 98 einen Sonnenschirm mit zwei Liegen für rund 18 € pro Tag mieten.
Auch zahlreiche Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein wichtiger Hinweis: In vielen Restaurants wird eine Tischgebühr (Coperto) von bis zu 2,50 € pro Person berechnet. Daher ist zusätzliches Trinkgeld in der Regel nicht erforderlich.
Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft aufgrund der hervorragenden Betreuung durch Filippo und der sehr guten Lage uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Für geräuschempfindliche Gäste empfehlen wir, Ohrstöpsel mitzunehmen, da sich in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Bahnstrecke befindet und der Zugverkehr hörbar ist. Mit Ohrstöpseln konnten wir jedoch sehr gut schlafen und haben den Zugverkehr nachts kaum bzw. gar nicht mehr wahrgenommen.
Außerdem hätte ein kleiner Beistelltisch auf dem Balkon den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht, beispielsweise um dort abends Getränke oder kleine Snacks abzustellen.

Za tuhle cenu myslím že super. Dojem veľmi pozitivní!
Pros:

Vybavení bylo super, vše opravdu čisté, co pro mně největší plus. Klima funkční. Hostitel byl báječný, opravdu vyhověl všem požadavkům, velmi milý a vstřícný!

Cons:

Chybily háčky na ručníky v koupelně, ale byl sušák velký tak že za mě úplně v pohodě.

Всё прошло великолепно. Хозяин просто супер.Место расположения отличное. До пляжа 4 минуты пешком. Рядом бесплатный пляж.Супермаркет на против апартаментов. Всё очень понравилось.

Pros:

Alt var fantastisk. Jeg ankom i min egen bil – en parkeringsplads var reserveret bag lejligheden. Der er et Despar-supermarked i nærheden, og stranden ligger cirka 5 minutter væk. En særlig tak til manager Filippo – han var hurtig og hjælpsom, når det var nødvendigt. Jeg kan varmt anbefale stedet.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja 2 minuty do supermarketu i przystanka szybkiego trolejbusa, 5 minut do plaży, bardzo dużo restauracji w pobliżu i jedna świetna w budynku ośrodka. Wspaniała obsługa Filippo był bardzo pomocny przez cały nasz pobyt w ośrodku. Mieszkania wystarczające na 4-6 osób.

Összességében korrekt szállás , kedves személyzettel!
Pros:

A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, külön kiemelném Filippót a recepción, aki végig barátságos és készséges volt.

Cons:

A szálloda tiszta volt, bár már kissé elavult. A legnagyobb hátránya a közvetlenül mellette futó vasútvonal: a vonatok nagy sebességgel haladnak el, és az épület is érezhetően beleremeg, ami zavaró lehet, főleg éjszaka.
