Для сімей з дітьми це дуже вдалий варіант перебування.
Pros:

Вчора ми повернулася з нашої незабутньої відпустки в Ріміні, яка на жаль, так швидко закінчилась.

Residence Acqua Suite Marina відповідає усім нашим очікуванням і побажанням і навіть перевершує - недороге житло, обов язково з холодильником і кухнею, з кондиціонером, вигідним розташуванням і близько до безкоштовного пляжу, магазинів і закладів харчування.
Особливо вразив нас менеджер готелю Філіппо - Мужчина привабливий, компетентний в роботі з гостями, відкритий до звернень, уважний до кожного гостя.
Перед приїздом Філіппо особисто телефонував нам декілька разів, щоб вчасно нас зустріти. Це було дуже важливо, тому що ми приїхали з дітьми на громадському транспорті.

Відносно аппартаментів - все відмінно. Затишно, світло, просторо і чисто. Ми почувались як вдома.
Є всі необхідні зручності - достатня кількість рушників, повноцінна кухня з кухонним приладдям і можливістю зварити каву і навіть пасту))
Миючий засіб, туалетний папір, стеллаж для сушіння білизни. Засоби для прибирання.
Достатня кількість якісних меблів. (велике дзеркало в шафі - також важливо))
Телевізор. Кондиціонер.
Сучасна ванна кімната.
3 балкони.
На нижньому поверсі є приміщення для прання.

Pros:

Die Lage war praktisch. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Filippo, er ist sehr nett und höflich und immer hilfsbereit.

Cons:

In den Apartments gibt es keinerlei Schallisolierung. Der Lärm aus dem Nachbarzimmer kommt uns genauso laut vor, als wäre er in unserem Zimmer.Auch das Sofa im Küchenflur war für Kinder nicht geeignet. Wir hatten ein Etagenbett erwartet, da die Kinder 5 und 14 Jahre alt sind.

Pros:

Отдыхали семьей с маленьким ребенком.
Очень понравилось, что отель находится в непосредственной близости к морю и развлечениям. Сами апартаменты были уютными, комфортными, кондиционеры исправно работали, горячая вода всегда была.
Отдельная благодарность Филиппо за его доброжелательность и готовность прийти на помощь.
Очень надеюсь, что вернемся сюда еще ни один раз)

Sehr zu empfehlen: strandnah, sauber, geräumig, fairer Preis und super Gastgeber.
Pros:

Lage, Sauberkeit, Größe des App, Strandnähe, super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, klare Hausregeln, Preis-Leistung ,Getränkeautomat bei Rezeption, Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft, Elektrocitybus direkt vor der Haustür (für 1,20€ in 5 Min in der Altstadt)

Pros:

Spacious rooms. Very clean. Great location a few minutes walk to the beach and just around the corner from the Meyromare stop Marebello with easy access to Rimini, which is a great little town.Excellent communication with the on site manager Filippo, who was always courteous and helpful. We had a very relaxing time and will be back next year.

Cons:

We are very satisfied holiday makers.

An acceptable option for its cost
Pros:

The apartment is spacious. There is enough space for three adults and a child. It is clean. Don't expect anything exclusive; everything is simple and austerity. Close to the sea. Availability of balconies. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Lack of a view from the window, especially in the bedroom. Noise from trains. It would be nice to have a small table and easy chairs on the balcony to make it more cozy.

Staff and especialy Filippo was verry nice and helpful. They take care for the persons. Also lokalization is verry good. There was close to the beach and good restaurants.

Cons:

The noise of trains passing by the facility was very annoying and tiring, especially in the early days. Later, you get used to this noise

Pros:

Расположение отеля замечательное, к морю буквально 5 мин, рядом много ресторанов. Сам номер чистый, на кухне есть всё необходимое. Нас встретил сам хозяин, который был очень дружелюбный.

Pros:

Готель сподобався, чудове співвідношення ціна/якість, в нас був номер з терасою, для родини - те що треба) все працювало, чудовий менеджер Філіппо, дуже швидко реагує на запити клієнта.
Переживали на рахунок жд колії поруч з готелем, але шум не напрягав, також поруч не було гучних барів, що для нас також плюс)

Giorni passati in fretta. Vuol dire soggiorno senza intoppi e vacanza piacevole.
Pros:

Posizione ottima, sia per il mare che per il passeggio serale, facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto, buona disponibilità di parcheggio nei pressi. In camera tutto pulito e funzionante. Per pignoleria suggerirei di far trovare un rotolo di carta da cucina e qualche posata in più, ma giusto per puntare al top. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Cons:

Purtroppo c'è la ferrovia vicina, ma non è un problema imputabile alla struttura.

Letti duri e scomodi per una famiglia con bambini piccoli perché c’è il letto a castello.

The location has its pros and cons. Overall, it was clean and good.
Pros:

The location is good, five minutes walk to the beach.

Cons:

The location is really close to train railway... We were with a baby and had to close the window throughout the night. Still, we didn't sleep well.

The AC in the room wasn't too clean, from the second night I was sneezing, my throat was itchy.

No shops nearby, only groceries. If you long stay and plan to cook, would need to travel by bus for shopping.

Cons:

La struttura non era super attrezzata come ci aspettavamo. Mancavano alcuni attrezzi da cucina, i tovaglioli e i condimenti.

Pros:

Az apartman tiszta és tágas volt. A part, illetve a boltok közel voltak. Filippo kedves, segítőkész volt. Volt lehetőség főzni, illetve volt kávéfőző is.

Cons:

Az ágyak borzasztóan kényelmetlenek, silány minőségűek (Több napon keresztül nagyon zavaró). Kicsit nyomasztó volt a szobák kopársága, esetleg pár kép a falon feldobná a hangulatot. Egy mikró jó lenne a konyhába. Kicsit zavaró volt a közelben járó vonat zajossága is, főleg éjszaka.
