Cancelled due to poor comms
Cons:

We cancelled the night before, we had booked for months and then found out rooms were reaching mid 30s in the heat and no air conditioning
We called up to try and discuss options but the staff member was rude and claimed they didn't speak English and refused to help so we cancelled and booked elsewhere. I've had friends stay there who assured me all staff they met spoke English but we did well to avoid regardless

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt, nahe beim Schloss Lenzburg. Diese Lage mag für Besucher der Stadt ausgezeichnet sein. Wenn man allerdings (wie ich) mit der Eisenbahn anreist und in der Schule Lenzhard arbeitet, ist sie nicht ideal. Doch es gibt nichts, was besser liegt.
Bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt hatte ich Probleme mit dem Fernsehapparat. Bei meinen vorherigen Aufenthalten war das nicht der Fall. Das Problem konnte von einer Rezeptionistin gelöst werden. Trotzdem --> ein kleiner Abzug bei der Ausstattung.
