Voornamelijk de locatie en in een charmant Bourgondische stadje.
De kamer is gepimpt alleen het bed aan de linkerkant zakt door. De badkamer is echt toe aan een renovatie, de douche cabine zit vol schimmel.
We hebben gegeten in het restaurant, kwaliteit eten is prima alleen personeel is gehaast, niet klantgericht en moesten bij bestelling direct dessert opgeven.
Receptioniste zowel bij check-in en checkout waren goed en klantvriendelijk.
Charmant hotel met heel aangename, ruime kamers
Ontbijt: moesten steeds wachten vooraleer er iets bijgevuld werd, wat dan uiteindelijk wel gebeurde. Misschien iets te weinig personeel?
Spacious rooms if one asks for the ones that face the street as opposed to those facing the inner courtyard.

The entrance bar is fine, but thats as far as it gets
Although it says “air conditioning” and air conditioning is on, it does nothing. We woke up at 2am covered in sweat with our daughter crying because she was so hot and. I had to get dressed and go to reception to ask tor another room, which all turned out to be hot ovens. After seriously considering sleeping in our air conditioned car we figured out a few solutions to cool the room ourselves and managed to go back to sleep. When i told them at checkout rhat they cant advertise air conditioned rooms if its just blowing hot air in, i was told that i was wrong and there is nothing wrong with it so i left it at that and we left.
How this hotel for a 4 star rating is beyond me. Shower covered in black mould, room decor is super old and dated, mattress was broken down the side so i had to sleep in a dent, everything is old, no facilities, and ive genuinely had a better experience in a 2 star hotel in Havana Cuba.
This is a 2 start hotel at best pushing for a 3rd star.
