Cons:

The name of the hotel has been changed. No email was sent to update. No email was sent either, pre warning that a further £50 would be taken from my account as insurance against damage to the property.
The extra money and the cost of the hotel were taken from my account on arrival. I’m still waiting 5 days later for the £50 to go back in my account.
I’ve stayed on numerous occasions in this hotel, under its former ownership. I won’t be staying again with this nonsense policy of taking extra money, just in case. It destroys customer relationships with mistrust and negativity.
If people do damage the hotel rooms, the hotel has all the details of the perpetrator to prosecute in such an event.

No one informed me the the hotell had changed name and management.

It was double the cost compared to my last stay two weeks ago.

Picture advertised 2 beds there was only 1.

Breakfast was cold.

Requested a £50 fee on arrival although hotel room was already paid for.

An enjoyable stay
Pros:

A very warm and helpful welcome it was a nice room with a very comfortable bed and Excellent shower, it was a reasonable walk from the railway and bus stations and an excellent location if visiting Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club

The rooms are quite big and its clean with fresh bedding

No were to keep anything like milk cool so its goes off quickly and the mattress on the sofa bed is too thin

Don't judge a book by it's cover!

The comfy beds, helpful receptionists and air con!

Cons:

The post code given with the booking takes you to the front of the building which is on a ring road so you can't stop or see a sign. When I rang they gave me a different postcode that led to the car park behind which actually has the wrong name on the sign! Car park could do with some TLC but once inside it's freshly painted, clean and the bed was so comfy, the air con in our bedroom was a massive bonus as we stayed in a heatwave!
