A Curate's Egg
Pros:

Good location overall and reasonably sized room.
High quality TV and remote control with access to Internet.
Relatively cheap parking was available close by and it was secure.
Cooked breakfast was available.

Cons:

We were not directly offered parking onsite or asked about it.
The bathroom was not actually clean when we arrived which was a surprise.
The pillows were not comfortable and of relatively low quality so did not support the neck.
Coffee machine in breakfast area was malfunctioning and the standard of the Coffee and the Hot Chocolate was mediocre at best.

Great location, comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast with great choices, shop on site. Very happy with stay
Pros:

Easy location, lovely and clean. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the facilities were good. Good value for money

Perfect lovely staff very friendly

The only problem was there is no where if you get there before check in to store your luggage thus had to pay to get early check in
