Room size. Very helpful friendly staff. Matress ok. Clean.
Almost impossibly narrow parking space. Had to crawl out of passenger door. Surprise extra £5 for parking. Aircon wouldn't work. Staff tried but it never got to reasonably low temp. Had to run all night and reset FOUR times. Damaged bath tap control. No loo brush. Almost no width to sit on loo between sink and towelrail.(I am only shirt chest size 38"?/XL). Missing TV remote control. Mis-fitted loo seat. No liner in waste bin. Bar/cafe great aircon - but passages no aircon at all - stifling. Very early food finished time at cafe. Vending machine askes you to authorise £10 for a Twix bar. (Told to ignore it). Then it woudn't take payment. (Staff gave me item from their stores). Brreakfast very underwhelming. Had to get staff to 'wake up' coffee machine as apparently screen goes to low power dim until you touch it. Coffee no better than instant. Blaring big TV screen - at breakfast time? No non-dairy offering for cereals. No fruit. Left knackered and hungry.

Breakfast was overwhelming 👍 The receptionists were just great with brilliant sense of humor. If I ever come back to Britain, I'll certainly visit Your hotel.
It was pretty strange that there was no luggage storage on the railway station, also not in the hotel for a concert visitor. Anyhow we managed with a kindest help we got in a bar nearby the venue.
Great location, about 10 to 15 minutes walk away from the train station.
Also only 5 minutes walk from the city centre.
Bed was so comfortable and for me a shower that actually got you wet in seconds as opposed to minutes.

Location was great for what we needed, all the staff really friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble, we had a drink in the bar and was really reasonably priced, the air con in the room is an added bonus! And the bed is really comfy.
Isn’t really anything not to like, only thing I will say is the corridors on floor 1 are far to hot really stifling and stuffy not good when ya just racked the stairs haha.
It's a lovely hotel its clean and tidy the staff are always very friendly and helpful and nothing is to much trouble
The thing I don't like is the long walk from the lift to the bedroom as my brother is disabled and uses crutches that's the only thing
