This is a great Hyatt Place Hotel close to the expressway, restaurants, airport and shopping. We stay here several times per year. Used to live here.
Conveniently located if you are planning on attending a Buffalo Bills game or heading to the airport. There were many stores located close by. The pool and spa were great for the kids. They served a free hot breakfast every morning. We traveled with about 30 family members for a birthday party and then attending the Bills game on Sunday with some family coming from Connecticut and others from Canada. It was a great meeting place. They even sold some Bills clothing in case you didn't have any. The hotel did a great job in making sure that all of our rooms were located right next to each other. We have traveled in large groups before and some hotels were not as accommodating. We were able to rent out two of their meeting rooms on Saturday night to have a party in there. The rooms were large enough to play games like Cornhole and we were able to cater in our own food and brought our own sodas and water. The staff helped us all night long with bringing out garbage, setting up tables and chairs and they did this all with a smile on their face. Great staff! If you are a World of Hyatt member you can download a digital key and even use your Apple Watch to open up your door. It was very convenient. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Buffalo.
Funny how in the very front of the Hotel the Ukraine flag is higher than the American flag. Why flags an Ukraine flag, guess the priorities of this hotel is diverted to political instead guest service. Won’t be coming back.
The Hyatt Place was friendly, inviting, updated, spacious clean and better than we had expected. We also found the pool to be inviting. Will definitely come back when visiting family in Buffalo.

Came for an overnight stay because my daughter had her dental school interview. Hotel was very conveniently located with ample parking. Room was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast had a lot of choices and was adequate. Coffee could be a bit stronger, but that's what I like. They were testing the water and left notice that water might be out for about two hours. Because of this, I asked for a late check out so I have time to shower before I left. They were able to accommodate me on short notice. Small gym, but there is an indoor pool and hot tub.
Great location, reasonably priced- spacious room- nice gym, pool, hot tub and breakfast- you won't be disappointed! I liked it better than the Reickert House, which is much more expensive and in the same place!
Amazing place, a lot of parking space, a good amount of breakfast options, and nice, friendly staff. Big windows with plenty of sunlight and clean rooms.
