Pros:

El restaurante, tiene unas vistas preciosas y la comida está muy rica, los camareros muy amables y simpáticos.
La ubicación es excelente, puedes ir andando al Monasterio del Escorial, tienes detrás el jardín de Felipe II y un parque infantil muy divertido para niños.
Las habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias y agradables.

Cons:

Tal vez un ventilador de techo, como sugerencia. Y puede que más toallas.

The staff were so helpful and nice. The location is great. The room was big.

Cons:

It's apparently a four-star hotel, but it's not exactly what you expect from a 4-star hotel. The furniture in the room were a bit old. The door of the bathroom would stuck and you had to push it, which is bothering since we were traveling with a baby and it'd wake the baby up. Also, the shower bracket was broken, so the shower head would fall. Maybe other rooms are nicer.

No contrates parking sin verlo antes
Cons:

El parking, muy difícil entrar y peor salir, a las dos horas de llegar salí con el coche, quemando neumático al final de la cuesta , y a la vuelta lo dejé en la calle. Por supuesto pague la estancia en el parking 15€. La habitación fueron 200€, precio mercado viernes noche.
