Worst hotel I've stayed in for many years
Pros:

Not a lot

Cons:

Room not very clean, thick layer of dust in bath, no shower gel or shampoo. Stayed 2 nights and room wasn't serviced properly after first night. They replaced water bottles and changed one towel. Left bin full of rubbish, dirty cups left on bedside tables, The mattress was ridiculous, should have been replaced years ago.

Cons:

Paid for Breakfast but none of the breakfast staff turned up . On leaving receptionist didnt even apologise just said she started at 8am and was phoned by owners to say no breakfast staff had turned up. Tried to get a refund for breakfast and was offered £10 through booking.com when we had paid £28.68 more than room only and they still wouldnt refund it when i rejected the £10 booking.com said couldnt help any further and hotel wouldnt refund

Good value hotel
Pros:

It was very good value. The staff were helpful and friendly. We didn’t have breakfast, but the evening meals we had were very good especially the roast dinners.

Cons:

Hotel decor is a bit grey! Needs some colour!

Pros:

Great friendly staff. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Plenty of parking

Cons:

There was a loud fan/generator noise outside going on and off throughout the night. Dated TV limited channels/no Netflix ect
