Pros:

The staff was very forthcoming and friendly. We received complementary breakfast as it was our first stay which was very nice and appreciated.
The location is exceptional

Cons:

The entrance to the Hotel is not very inviting, neither is that you have to go up to the third floor to check in and then take another elevator to the rooms.
The bathroom window was missing its blackout curtains so we had no privacy and they forgot to mention it when we got to the room.

Don’t judge this hotel by its entrance—the inside and the service are absolutely exceptional.
Pros:

At first, I was a little disappointed by the entrance and had low expectations. However, the moment I entered the room, I was genuinely impressed. The room was spotless, modern, smelled amazing, and had a beautiful view. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. We also decided to try the breakfast even though it wasn’t included in our booking, and it exceeded all expectations. The service was outstanding and the food quality felt like a fine dining experience. Every detail was elegant, clean, and beautifully presented.

Cons:

The only downside was the hotel entrance, which didn’t make the best first impression and doesn’t reflect how beautiful the hotel is inside.
