Very disappointing with shabby communal areas and no 5 star feel at all
Pros:

The location is clearly excellent with great views; the room was a good size and tastefully furnished; and the staff were generally extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There is no proper entrance or Reception or lobby - you enter through tatty, gloomy corridors and stairwells better suited to the back entrance of a school or hospital; the multiple lift shafts coupled with confusing signage and shabby corridors further ruin the whole experience. Apart from the room, it feels more 3 star than 5 star, at best.

If you can settle with the flaws of the hotel and are mostly after the perfect location, this might be for you.
Pros:

Location is incredible, the Junior Suite itself was nice, spacious, comfortable, fantastic sound insulation, great bed and beddings. Nice breakfast location.

Cons:

The infrastructure within the hotel is not at all where one would expect it, given the stars and its price tag. Some staff members were great, others clearly not up for the job/task in hospitality. Confusing layout, unclear / incorrect directions.

great view of the duomo and clean rooms
Pros:

if you want easy access to the duomo and all the shops this is a great location being right next to the Duomo

Cons:

being right next to the duomo there is constant noise and sound isolation from the room next door was not good.
