Outstanding boutique hotel, attentive staff, best location. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Stunning spacious suite, two bathrooms, small balcony, Incredible location view of the square and Duomo.

Cons:

Noisy throughout the night cherry picker and construction, due to End of Olympic celebration. No fault of hotel.

Great location, great staff, new rooms, excellent food and breakfast. Labyrinth set of lifts.
Pros:

Location perfect ....Staff perfect
Room is very good missing few minor supplies
The problem in the hotel has several complicated lifts to your destination, a listed building, and it is a big issue to make life easier for the occupants.
The road works next to the hotel making taxis difficult to reach, the hotel staff is compensating

Dieses Hotel ist ein noch ungeschliffener Diamant. Ich freue mich auf das Endergebnis und werde wiederkommen.
Pros:

Tolle Lage in einem Palazzo an der Piazza del Duomo, der Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Wunderschöne hochwertig renovierte Junior Suite im 5. Stock mit tollem Badezimmer, komfortabelen Betten, Parkettboden und fantastischer Aussicht.
Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich mit liebevollem, kleinen Buffet und „à la carte“ Speisen&Getränken in einem hinreißendem Frühstücksraum mit Aussicht auf den Dom.
Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und macht vieles wett von den Unannehmlichkeiten, welche der Umbau mit sich bringen.

Cons:

Wie schon so oft beschrieben ist das Hotel dabei das herrliche, historische Gebäude zu renovieren. Dazu gehören für uns Gäste Unperfektionen, die man in Kauf nehmen kann (Aufzüge, Wege, Arbeiten von der Commune di Milano am provisorischen Eingang zum Hotel).
