Pros:

Centrální poloha, vynikající dostupnost i služby hotelu, ochotný a vstřícný personál, klimatizaci oceníte, když jsou vedra. Super výhled na náměstí u Duomo, kde se pořád něco děje. Dostupnost veřejné dopravy, Metro přímo u hotelu, Bus a tramvaje prakticky za rohem.

Pros:

The central location and views of Milan are very good. The room was tasteful but had some faults.

Cons:

The renovation works ruined my experience. It felt more like a building site with a nice room attached to it. Because of the works the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate and quite dirty. I would find a better hotel if I were you. The location does not make up for it unfortunately. The bedroom was badly decorated and the ensuite felt more like a hospital than a 5 star hotel. Strange breakfast room with no views except the faces of other tourists. Limited selection of foods for breakfast. No value for money here.

Ubicación y el personal muy amable

Cons:

No me parece que sea un cinco estrellas es muy incómodo la llegada como las instalaciones tienes que subir a la tercera planta a recepción para después bajar a la 1 para la terraza no tiene lobby todo es en ascensores

По итогу понравилось все! Комфортный номер, изумительный вид с балкона номера. Вкусные и красивые завтраки.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was superb, the view of the square was excellent. The heat was excessive during our stay but the air conditioning kept the room at a pleasant temperature.
