La hospitalidad de los trabajadores, además nos ayudaron con una plancha de una manera muy cortes y no nos cobraron extra.

Cons:

Pedi una habitación con vista al parque y me confirmaron que me la darían, pero llegamos y nos tocó en otra con vista al edificio de correos, sin embargo estaba bonita y agradable.

Pros:

Nice option for Guayaquil center. I stayed there second time already. Located on the corner of Iguanas park and 2 blocks from the Malecon 2000. A lot of restaurants and shops around.

Muy buen hotel Bueno, Bonito y Barato.
Cercano a la Av. 9 de Octubre y también a la Bahía.
Buen trato del personal.
Buen Wifi y Agua Caliente.

Para estadías cortas por un buen precio!

La limpieza, tiene agua caliente y fría y A/C con muy buen funcionamiento y el precio acorde al servicio.

Cons:

Es un edificio antiguo pero todo funcional. De cuidado el ascensor, aunque no hubo incidentes!
