Important information:

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Löysimme uuden kohteen talven matkalle.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli todella hyvä ja monipuolinen. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällinen. Huoneen siisteys todella hyvä. Pyyhkeet vaihdettiin välillä joka päivä .

Cons:

Liinavaatteet sänkyyn olisi voinut vaihtaa useammin. Siivooja vain suoristi lakanat mutta ei vaihdettu. Tiesimme koska minun tyynyliinassa oli kaksi reikää.

Sicuramente la posizione è ottima con 10 minuti di camminata si raggiunge la spiaggia e il centro con tutti i servizi e facile posteggiare la macchina nella via.
Le piscine e l'idromassaggio sono pulite e tenute bene, la colazione buona ed abbastanza completa.

Cons:

Nel nostro appartamento gli strumenti per cucinare e mangiare erano proprio il minimo indispensabile e l'unica padella (che sembrava nuova) si è rovinata subito, abbiamo aspettato 3 giorni prima che ce la cambiassero.

Se agradece el buen trato de los recepcionistas, siempre fueron claros y nos dieron bien la información sobre la salida tardía, el complejo está completo por dentro y bien limpio.

Cons:

Si tuviera que poner una pega sería que en el baño se sale bastante el agua de la ducha y que no hay donde poner la toalla la teníamos que apoyar en el retrete, de resto todo bien.

Todella kylmä ja kolkko, kun ei mitään mattoja kivilattiallal. Ei mitään peittoja, huopia sohvalla tai muuten. Eikä ylipäätään ylimääräisiä peittoja, tyynyjä. Ohuet peitot. Sänky jo aikansa maattu. Kaikki liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet todella kuluneita ja osittain rikkinäisiä ja tahroja. Paistinpannu naarmunen ja muutenkin entinen. Kaikkia astioita, keittiövälineitä vain kaksin kappalein. Suihku- wc- tiloissa pidettävä ikkuna auki, jotta höyry kuivui.

Le camere erano molto pulite e spaziose, carina la piscina e davvero ottima la colazione.
La posizione se si è in auto è ottimale perché è lontana dal caos ma tutto sommato vicina al centro. La vista su Puerto Rico e in parte sull'oceano è un plus

Non è una cosa negativa, ma in generale ho trovato un po' freddo lo staff (ad eccezione del signore con i baffi in reception di cui non ricordo il nome) che in ogni caso è stato cortese.
