Best stay off the beach in DL!!!
Pros:

What a difference a year has made here! I stayed a year ago and it was smelly, a bit dirty…the pool area was not maintained at all….breakfast was ok. I just stayed in July 2026 and what an amazing staff…new owners…allowed late checkout to enjoy the wonderful pool area and breakfast was not amazing but good! Everyone was friendly and happy and just wonderful honestly. The entire hotel smells wonderful and clean and it is obvious they are paying attention to their guests and details! Definitely will be back as I travel through DL a couple times a year!

Pros:

Breakfast was the standard breakfast, waffles, eggs, etc, but the quantity, variety and quality was above many others.

Staff was most staff was most personable and provided excellent client service.

Cons:

Pool table in pool area and sauna need to be repaired.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Excellent staff, breakfast & whirlpool.

The staff were all so friendly, welcoming & accommodating. Our room was very clean & the breakfast was excellent! We really enjoyed the whirlpool!
