Jamaican breakfast was excellent, view from room was breathtaking, serviceva5 restaurant was excellent, water area and pool were refreshing.
Lack of amenities in kitchenette. Food we brought was wasted. Housekeeping didn't bring extra linen promised until last night.
Amazing location & beautiful ocean! Staff were friendly and food was delicious!
Duschkopf war leider verkalkt und unberechenbar.
Location and the view
Location, the cliff side restaurant was bonus.. experienced amazing sunsets
Food, we, being vegetarian, restaurant did not have much vegetarian options.
Great Location, wonderful around the rocks
Our room.was.very small.
Wonderful food and staff. The only complaint I have is the cottage by the front gate. It was very loud because of its vicinity to the road, and the dogs across the street barking all the time. We changed rooms to the Gemini 2. It was much better.
I who generally a beach person but being on the cliff was actually amazing.

Very relaxing
Experienced an issue with no hot water but it was corrected next day
Catcha Falling Star was located close to Ricks and Tensing pen. The Garden was very well taken care of and really beautiful decorated with little Buddhas and fountains. There are a lot of beach chairs and enough beach towels, a small Pool, but ladders lead to the warm and awesome waters of the sea. The restaurant is very well booked, good food, good drinks and fun to watch people. Happy hour is a huge attraction :) we had room virgo which has a Coffee Maschine, kettle, and toaster and a big fridge. Bed is very comfortable, bathroom a bit old fashioned but everytime hot water and also very clean. The view from the terrace is to die for, there is even a fan outside. Service is always friendly, we can highly recommend :)
Nothing
So nice to have a good breakfast available every morning before heading out for adventures. Top notch staff, everyone helpful and kind. Beautiful property and very welcoming while being safe and secure. Such a luxury to be right on the cliffs and jump in the water whenever the sea was calm enough.
Choice, quality & selection were good for breakfast & dinner! Gorgeous gardens!
Not all of restaurant servers were "morning" people!
Excellent location, Excellent staff,
Can't think of anything.

Nada
We've been trying to figure out exactly how many times we've stayed at Catcha, but it's been at least ten visits now - so clearly, we are super fans. The property itself is amazing and one-of-a-kind, with a beautiful, sparkling swimming hole, lovely cliffside sunbathing spots, beautiful accommodations, and the best restaurant and bar in Negril (Ivans). Even all these wonderful attributes are put in the shade by Catcha staff, who, to a person, are delightful, warm, fun, friendly, and determined to show every guest a fantastic time. You'll arrive blown away by the property, but you'll leave feeling like Catcha family. We are so grateful for this place and its lovely, gracious people. Our trip for next year is already booked, and despite not quite being done with the laundry from our 2025 jaunt, we're already looking forward to it!
It feels like paradise. Beautiful tropical gardens and gorgeous see views. Food is very good. Service is great. Charming and affordable. Comfy beds. Never went in pool because big sea pool off the property. Only thing is you have to be willing to use ladders in and out. No problem for most.
Outdoor hot tub not working. But not their fault. Electrical issues from big waves.
Don’t rent a car. Potholes everywhere between Mobay and Negril. 2 blown tires. Let the professional taxis drive you….about $100-$120 each way. And take “Route taxis” around Negril. Out to eat/beach….Cheap, and plentiful.
We spent a night here before heading over to Sandals Negril and enjoyed it. We didn't eat at Ivan's, but the restful night and beautiful views were a wonderful welcome to Negril. We stayed in the Plantain Cottage, behind a little gate, in the Banana Yaad, and it was very peaceful, just what we needed.
