Very unprofessional
Pros:

The room advertised was not what I got, there were no windows the room was musky and very dark.
Totally not what I expected
I did not stay at this place.
I am requesting a full refund for my inconvenience

Free shuttle
Pros:

Only stayed for one night was leaving next morning very early and the shuttle was very prominent which was great!!!

Overpriced & poorly maintain hotel rooms
Pros:

Calling it apartment is very misleading. We saw only poorly maintained hotel rooms in a residential area with no access to a kitchen - way over priced for what we get even by Caribbean standard! Office was closed at 4pm and restaurants not open for two nights & we were the souls in the building (no shops or restaurants nearby). Terrace does have nice views but only had a few dirty chairs stacked up. No hot water and the only reading light in the room has no light bulb (knew from previous reviews) - neither would have bothered us more than the promises and excuses given by different people throughout - stories that didn't make common sense (hot water did come right before our checkout). They will try to sell you taxi rides to town or around island without telling you the price upfront (treat you like captives) - stay away!!

Relaxing visit
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and co=operative. My stay was made so much more enjoyable because of their attention to my needs. The appartments are within easy three/four minute walk to a secluded beach. The sand is of course volcanic but that was no problem for me. There is no public transport into Kingstown but transportation was always available when I needed it.

I enjoyed my stay and would be returning again in mth or two for another stay I would differently book this hotel I even recoommd it to friends and students in my school to stay when we travel for tournaments
