We eneded upgrading at the Sierra cabin, two bedroom two bathrooms and a kitchen. Big family, so it was nice having all

It was nice and big! Dawn from the front desk was so sweet and amazingly helpful!!!

Cons:

The location was weird. It’s up above a restaurant and on a busy street, so traffic noise. Air bed had a hole in it so that went flat right away.

Cons:

No service at all, bathroom sink water didn't go down and they never came to fix it. Was told the service and maintenance people not around. It was just a disaster.

The location is beautiful, feels safe, and is conveniently close to everything in Shaver. We have stayed here before and usually enjoy the cozy cabin atmosphere, outdoor setting, and amenities. The property itself has a lot of charm, which is why this experience was so disappointing.

Cons:

This stay was unacceptable. We arrived to find no staff working in the office, and despite calling the property twice, no one answered. The room had a strong feces odor, towels were left on the bathroom floor, and one of the beds appeared dirty and unfit to sleep in. There were not enough clean towels provided for my wife and son to shower, and all three of us ended up squeezing into one bed because we did not feel comfortable using the other one. We took photos immediately upon arrival to document the condition of the room.
