Déception pour Mahahual et pour l'hotel
Cons:

La chambre n'était pas conforme à ce que nous attendions. Pas de balcon et aucun mobilier a part le lit sur un podium et le bain tourbillon. Le personnel pas tellement accommodant, le restaurant de l'hotel etait assez ordinaire. Au petit déjeuner il n'y avait pas de lait pour le café nous sommes allés en acheté au dépanneur à 100 mètres de l'hôtel. La plage n'était pas entretenue, donc pas de baignade possible.

Chambre très Spacieuse lit confortable et le personnel très gentil.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas peu ce servir de la plages privé beaucoup de sargasse malheureusement car belle aménagement. Pas beaucoup d’eau chaud.

quiet retreat
Pros:

Very well designed comfortable place, clean with the right lighting, air-conditioning, TV including Netflix etc, good size and away from noisy centre but not far from it. Perfect

La atención del personal es muy buena; la vista de las habitaciones frente a la playa es hermosa, así como el espacio de playa que tienen. La calma durante la noche es formidable.

Cons:

Desafortunadamente, durante los días en los que estuve, no limpiaron adecuadamente el sargazo que se acumulaba y eso restaba las ganas para nadar.
Por otra parte, el personal se comunica a gritos aún durante la mañana , si fueron cuidadosos con eso sería amable.

A relaxing stay.
Pros:

The design of the hotel, the terrace of our room overlooking the sea.

Cons:

Loud music in the breakfast room. The hotel's own beach was not great, but nearby beaches were fine.
The wifi did not work about 70% of the time.
