Der var meget hyggeligt indrettet og havde en dejlig strand overfor og meget venligt personale.

Internettet var ikke særligt godt. Vores TV fungerede ikke pga net forbindelsen ikke virkede.

Cons:

We had to cancel our stay because the situation we found the Hotel was not how it was described in booking. The whole place looked and felt abandoned. I am very sorry bc it seems like once it was a nice place to stay, but that is not the case anymore. Common areas are closed or not properly cleaned, rooms feel like they haven't been used long, smell and are full of mosquitos. Beach area had Sargassum (algae) which is normal but was not taken care of. After seeing this reality we decided to find somewhere else to stay.

Déception pour Mahahual et pour l'hotel
Cons:

La chambre n'était pas conforme à ce que nous attendions. Pas de balcon et aucun mobilier a part le lit sur un podium et le bain tourbillon. Le personnel pas tellement accommodant, le restaurant de l'hotel etait assez ordinaire. Au petit déjeuner il n'y avait pas de lait pour le café nous sommes allés en acheté au dépanneur à 100 mètres de l'hôtel. La plage n'était pas entretenue, donc pas de baignade possible.

Chambre très Spacieuse lit confortable et le personnel très gentil.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas peu ce servir de la plages privé beaucoup de sargasse malheureusement car belle aménagement. Pas beaucoup d’eau chaud.
