Even with the discounted price, it would have been nice to be warned about the sargassum grass smell. (Which was overwhelmingly bad)
Sure, this is a regional problem, but somehow not far from the hotel direction village centre they manage to remove the smelly stuff.
It's to bad because the place itself has a lot of promise
La atención del personal es muy buena; la vista de las habitaciones frente a la playa es hermosa, así como el espacio de playa que tienen. La calma durante la noche es formidable.
Desafortunadamente, durante los días en los que estuve, no limpiaron adecuadamente el sargazo que se acumulaba y eso restaba las ganas para nadar.
Por otra parte, el personal se comunica a gritos aún durante la mañana , si fueron cuidadosos con eso sería amable.

Loud music in the breakfast room. The hotel's own beach was not great, but nearby beaches were fine.
The wifi did not work about 70% of the time.
Great location - just past the busy part of the malecon therefore it’s quiet but still an easy walk to the centre. Very spacious room with a very large patio and nice view of the sea (jr suite with sea view). Great shower. Very friendly staff. They helped to arrange a snorkel tour that was very good and well priced. I would stay here again.
There was a lot of sargassum when we first arrived but they did do a lot to clean it all up by the time we left. The neighbouring properties do not clean up the sargassum at all, so as much as this hotel tries to do there is still a lot and the smell was strong. Due to this, the entrance to the water was not very appealing.
The offerings at the restaurant are very limited but we preferred the walk to town where there was lots of variety.
Location is great if you want to be away from the main strip but close enough to walk the bars.
Its a little tired an the room smelt a bit. It was a shame they did not maintain their part of the beach in the 3 days we were there. We used the next beach bar along, as they had cleaned all the seaweed of the front which made it more pleasant.
Das Hotel war schön, die Lage war direkt an einem kleinen Strand. Leider wurde dieser nicht sauber gemacht , alles voll mit Algen und Müll.
Die Zimmer waren schön und groß, mit einem großen Balkon sowie Badezimmer.
Das Personal war freundlich.
Zwei Dinge : das Meer bzw der Strand wurde nur bedingt sauber gemacht. Gerade der Übergang ins Meer war voller Algen und Müll.
Sonst war der Strand gepflegt.
Wie oben geschrieben das Personal war freundlich,
allerdings finde ich dass zu wenig Aufmerksamkeit vorhanden war.
Man musste sehr lange auf Speisen oder Getränke warten. Teilweise Unterhalten die sich mit dem andern Personal oder spielen / schauen auf ihr Handy.
Es war auch nicht immer jemand an der Rezeption, so dass man zu lange auf den Schlüssel warten musste, alternativ musst man selber den Schlüssel holen...
Taras z naszego tarasu na morze był cudowny. To droższe pokoje, ale warto dopłacić.
Cennik za uszkodzone wyposażenie hotelu. Kto to wymyślił? Choć być może hotel miał złe doświadczenia.
