El agua caliente de la regadera no fue constante.

De la coladera de la regadera salía un olor a drenaje, no daban ganas de usar el baño, se informó al personal y fueron a rociar aromatizante, ¡disfrazando el olor!

Hôtel sympa pratique si on n'est pas dans le centre d'Izamal où l'on peut se rendre à 10/15 mn à pied ou 3/4 mn en voiture

La estancia estuvo muy bien, la recepcionista muy amable, solo nos tocó una noche con fiesta de los vecinos pero la siguiente estuvo muy bien.
Ubicado muy cerca del centro (zona turística)
Solo un pequeño detalle con el baño que no tiene ventilación, el vapor se condensa en el tragaluz y cae como si hubiera una gotera

El hotel cuenta con grandes jardines Y una alberca muy bonita. Tiene una cocina que pudimos utilizar para calentar nuestra cena. El personal es muy atento y nos facilitaron El uso de todas las instalaciones.

Las fotos prometen otra cosa, ya que llegas al lugar está horrible, los cuartos huelen terrible a humedad, a drenaje, las sábanas igual huelen a drenaje, el muchacho que nos atendió se portó súper bien, pero no verdaderamente el lugar está horrible.

Muy bonito el hotel, la habitación y la alberca, la única queja es que está algo lejos del centro, y no hay opciones de transporte además de taxis, que por 2 km te cobran como si fuera un tour.

Me agrado que acepten mascotas, el clima enfria super bien, cuando llegue demoraron para atenderme, el pago es en las instalaciones a tu llegada solo te descuenta expedia por los seguro al momento de la reserva, y a la salida a pesar de que tiene especificado la hora no hay nadie que reciba tu salida, el wifi no sirvio me comentaron que no llegaba a la habitación.

Definitivamente dista mucho de lo que se ofrece en la app. El clima nunca enfrió, la habíacion tiene mucho olor a humedad, la piscina sucia por la mañana, y que en la noche anterior un grupo de parejas la ocuparon y dejaron sucia. Solo ví al Recepcionista por la tarde el día que llegue, nunca más vía nadie más.
