The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable

We stayed in a room in back with an amazing view of the water. They have a beautiful deck closer amd plenty of BBQ's. My only complaint is that people were talking loudly outside pretty late, but ill let them have it, since its an environment that really fosters conversation between strangers

This place always rules. Walk anywhere, don’t worry about your stuff, have a clean room, even fish right on the property. Plus you meet cool people. I will always stay here.

Our room had a very strong musty mold smell. Had to keep the window open. Bed was comfy. Location was good.
Breakfast was made 7-9 that was nice.
Needs updated. The back is nice on the creek. Would ask for those rooms.

I had an awesome stay. Everything about my stay was excellent. The hotel, the property, the views, being right on the river, everything. I will be back for sure. Total 10/10.

Beautiful setting along river within easy walking distance to Main Street and ski hill.

This was our first stay at this property and we were very pleased that when we checked in we were able to get the room that we requested. Also the breakfast was made to order which was a surprise. We appreciate it the staff lighting the fire pit at night so we could visit with some of the other guests. This was certainly a pleasant stay

Bedding changed only once in the week we stayed, front desk should communicate this at check in. Breakfast was included and basic but nice. Lovely river front with tables, fire pit weather permitting. Our room was dark with some type of clanging in bathroom.

Overall great stay. My wife had to work a few hours every morning and internet/connectivity/speed—at least during our stay, never an issue. We did happen to have a 2nd floor unit, right in the middle of the property for 7 out of our 8 nights, which may have assisted in that.
Our 8th night, which was unplanned but necessary, due to my wife experiencing some symptoms of a chronic health condition, was in the “family unit” on the end right above the hot tub and office. This room we did experience some connectivity issues, however it was Saturday and was not an issue for work.

Staff was fantastic. Mike Patel, the manager, along with the lady working the weekends —Kim I believe, both were awesome. On our 8th night—which again was unexpected and was booked the day of after checking out and then having to return around 11:30am after turning around and back to RR, got us checked back in and into our room immediately. Did not have to wait until 2/3pm and that was just fantastic.

My family has been going to RR since I was 6 . My grandparents owned a home there up until 2010 and for the last decade plus we have typically stayed at the same rotation of 2/3 properties. This trip however, we needed a separate place due to my wife needing to work part time while there and so while most of the family stayed in townhome at claim jumper , we were able to book room at Best Western for a week, 8 days out. We will absolutely stay here again, likely for Oktoberfest weekend.

The breakfast was awesome! They cooked our eggs and the waffles were fantastic. Our room was clean and we had a view of the river. The only complaint I have is our niece and her family stopped by for a few minutes while we were out by the river and a guy came out very rude asking if we were guests of the hotel. He could have been polite about it. Will we stay here again…yes

Great location and very pet friendly but fairly run down and dark room

We were not able to get there and would appreciate a partial credit on the bill, I did call and notify the hotel in person

Location next to Red River and comfortable room and great staff.
Wish they had an elevator.

The river was literally directly behind the motel. Our 11 year old fished the river every time he could and it was a perfect gap filler between other activities. Very basic accommodations but that is all you need in Red River. Staff was great and breakfast was surprising with made to order eggs.

Red River is beautiful, but I think all of the hotels are probably outdated and run down. This one was no different. The staff was pleasant but overwhelmed. The rooms were ok, air conditioning didn’t work and the room had a weird smell. It appeared clean enough, but it wasn’t overwhelming for the amount of money we paid.
