Relaxing stay in a very welcoming hotel!
Pros:

We had a bit of an issue (spillage) in our room and Angela was very kind and helpful in refreshing the linens very promptly! Great employee and ambassador for the hotel!

I never made it to the hotel due to flight cancellation, and I’m not able to receive any refund.
Pros:

I like that fact that the hotel responded to my late check in request due to my flight landing late.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that I was checked in without being present. I called after my flight was cancelled to cancel the booking. I was told that it couldn’t be canceled because the manager checked me in. Booking.com requested a refund and it was rejected. I was also told after calling multiple times that a manager would call back and I never received a call.

The location was perfect and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

I really can't complain. We were not able to stay the last night. I fell in the bathroom Tuesday night and hit my head and shoulders. I was so sore, we decided to leave Wednesday morning and come home. When I made our reservations, I took out the insurance in case we couldn't complete our stay. How do I file a claim?

Enjoyable stay overall, however watch your card because although you may be told you have til 3p on a certain day to cancel the reservations, your card may get charged at 10a prior to the cancellation deadline.
