I loved the facility....very special accomodation room for a contest event.
Pros:

Great breakfast, and the food brought in was delicious! I slept quite well, and everything clean in the room.
Your Fri. eve. and Sat. staff were so friendly and helpful with our conference held in the big room. Thank you.

Cons:

Cost of the convention room was over priced. Table cloths were dusty, dirty, no speakers, or no AV display projector to connect to made it difficult for us to have our Optimist Speech Contest & meeting.
Charging $900 for a room rental should include the equipment for projection and microphones.

Pros:

They had a full fitness area with enough workout equipment for a entire football team plus multiple tanning beds and sauna. Tv's throughout the gym. Also a full court basketball and tennis court. Pool handicap accessibility available and jacuzzi. The place waa huge. Bigger then it looked from outside. Would recommend for sure.

I really enjoyed it it was quiet clean. The staff was excellent and accommodating. I'll definitely be staying here again and again and again. I would live here if I could!

Don’t hesitate to book. This is a wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

Staying here was a pleasant experience all around. The check-in was a breeze. The receptionists were friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Lots of pillows.
The morning breakfast and coffee were a nice perk.
I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

The staff were all real nice , they had a great breakfast , the bathroom in the room was huge and the beds were super comfy !!

Cons:

The pool was very cloudy , you couldn't see the bottom , the hottest was sectioned off but not well , the bathroom was closed and there were chunks of black hair floating in the pool, the TV in the room had 1 channel

Cons:

Tub was dirty and had hair in it. Water pressure for the shower was awful.

Pros:

My sister and I always stay at this Best Western when we visit family.

Cons:

I don't feel it was as kept up like as it used to be. The breakfast was okay, but not like it used to be. There were repairs in the room that needed to be down.

Helping guests with TV is your responsibility
Pros:

Able to check in early & offered a good breakfast provided by very competent and friendly staff

Cons:

No instructions provided for TV and I could not change channels. I called the front desk twice and the night clerk was completely unhelpful. Even took the remote down to him. VERY FRUSTRATING as there was a football game I badly wanted to watch.
Also the stopper in the bathtub was disgusting

Cons:

There was a weird stench in the room but it was manageable.
The bathroom wasn’t as cleanly as I expected but it wasn’t terrible
There was unfinished paint and a bubble on the ceiling that was concerning

Will never stay here again.
Pros:

There was not much to like about this place. The receptionist was nice and friendly at check in. The next guy I dealt with was not as friendly.

Cons:

The hot tub was out of order, the pool was dirty!!! The shower we were supposed to use between the dry sauna and pool was out of order, The breakfast was sub par, bacon was more bits and texture of plastic and the waffle mix was empty except there was just enough to put into half of the broken waffle makers.
