I have never encountered such friendly staff members. The bathrooms were spotless, the breakfast was top notch, everyone was so helpful.

Breakfast was good. The person working unfortunately had a cough. In the back room you could here her coughing and clearing her throat. I would imagine she needed to stay working.
The Bill amount changed from what we booked to an increased amount. Granted it was only about $6 But if you book at that price it should be that price. Increasing is still wrong.
I would have like an option of another blanket.
Hotel room was great. A bit cramped with two dogs but that is to be expected with two dogs. There is a lot of space outside for the dogs as well. There is a small lake behind the hotel with room to walk around much of it if you want. There is a wide open space between the hotel and the next business over (another hotel I think)- I would not walk your dogs there- it is filled with tiny, sharp stickers- my dogs both had them stuck in their paws and under the webbing in their feet. No bueno!
Hotel was good- they didn't have any safety pins at the front desk which I could have used for a quick clothing fix but otherwise, no complaints.

The linens were scratchy and the humidity of the room was not great.
the toilet in our room had issues. The float in the toilet needs fixing. Every time we would flush the toilet, we would have to take the tank lid off and mess with the float to get the toilet to stop running. The water pressure in the shower is not real good. The fan for the AC when it starts and runs sounds like a motorcycle or truck starting up.
Motel is close to the highway (I-80) and close to restaurants, gas stations. Staff we talked to were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was just "OK". I think a score of 8 out of 10 is right.
