Love being at the waterfront

We traveled 3 hours one way to stay for a night in a nice area. checked in and went to the room only to turn around and drive 3 hours back home. The room smelled bad and looked dirty.

Create location, great service unfortunately Hotel was a bit rundown sink was clogged hallway was unbearably hot.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Paid $365 for one night (including a bogus $42 “resort fee”) and this place was a filthy, outdated dump. Dirt on the shower walls, rock-hard bed which left us with severe back and hip pain, loud A/C, broken phone with the wrong room number, dirty coffee pot, and a dirty towel left on the out side part of the A/C on our patio. To top it off, you have to drag your luggage down two flights of narrow stairs just to reach a “ground-floor” room.

The shower was the worst—water temp wouldn’t regulate and kept surging scalding hot, burning our son. Completely unsafe.

The only positives: friendly front desk staff and direct beach access. That’s it. Motel 6 would have been cleaner and more comfortable.

This place is nothing but a run-down, overpriced dump pretending to be a resort. I would never stay here again and strongly urge others to look elsewhere. Save your money and avoid this hotel at all costs.

Last remodeled in 2010. Pool was filthy with ring around the tub look, green, cloudy even at 4ft where you could not see the bottom drain! PH was stated to be 8 in the maintenance logs for the whole month, but still nothing has been fixed. I imagine those numbers are false anyways and could be worse.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and spacious we didn't have any issues other than the TV not working correctly but staff was quick to help when we asked. For just a little extra we got to enjoy the outdoor amenities, paddle boards, ping pong etc. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful lakeside hotel. The room was great, amenities were great. Too bad they are going to tear it down.

The actual property felt a little dated, but we enjoyed the location and had great service.

The property is going to close on August 30th and will torn down. There were minimal services. The breakfast was not the caliber of a $270 per night hotel.

We showed up for our stay and Expedia didn’t even have it booked for us even though I had the booking on my app.

The location was what sold me and the staff were the best!!!

Property was tired and old. The hallways were very hot with no air conditioning . Great location.

The property was very old and aged the only thing it had going for it was a nice TV, but it had a huge light on the bottom. That was right in your face when you were trying to sleep. The AC unit kept kicking off and on, and it was on it would not maintain temperature. The hot water in the shower He kept fluctuating every time somebody would turn on water, so you would have a cold hunt. Warm shower that kept changing every 15 seconds. The roots are cramped and small. And putting amount of money, the debate, which was $450+, it was definitely not worth it. Absolutely, horrible experience on the hotel. The bed was not comfortable

Absolutely beautiful summer or winter right on the lake easy walk to bar and restaurants which we had more days here, will be back.
