We felt we got what we paid for - only mention is that the carpet seemed to need a little help but it was really fine for the price we paid.

Great stay in Ft. Collins
Pros:

Good sized, clean rooms - quite comfortable. Staff made them up nicely each day. Very good & helpful staff. Convenient location to activities.

Cons:

Breakfast was standard - they ran out of food before the end of the session....had to wait awhile & had minimal food offering. Could have been more plentiful and not cause the people to wait 15 or so minutes.

The proximity to the highway we needed to be on, and how unique the hotel looked itself with it looking like a mud adobe style home, against the mountains.

Cons:

It was the most expensive hotel on our roadtrip throughout 8 states and while it was clean it was nothing special to be over $200 for one night.
