The staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

This hotel has no elevator. When I booked the room, I saw nowhere on the website or on my receipt that this facility didn’t have an elevator. The room I stayed in was on the second floor. My mother has a lot of trouble going up stairs. Having to walk up a flight of
stairs option was unacceptable

Price didn't match the quality of the stay. the only good thing was the breakfast and the location.

the breakfast had options. everything I tasted was good. I absolutely loved that there was almondmilk. that really made me happy. the staff working during the morning breakfast were helpful and friendly. The location was great being by several stores.

Cons:

upon walking Into the hotel their was a very unpleasant smell throughout the building and in the room. this smell was every day. the swimming pool was out of service and the workout room was out of service. I was going to use the vending machine but was told stuff gets stuck so had to drive to the nearest store.

Pros:

The staff was the best! Friendly, cheerful, and attentive.

Cons:

There is no elevator to the second floor. We had to carry our luggage up steep stairs. Never again. Way too difficult for guests in their seventies.
