Pros:

The staff was the best! Friendly, cheerful, and attentive.

Cons:

There is no elevator to the second floor. We had to carry our luggage up steep stairs. Never again. Way too difficult for guests in their seventies.

Decent hotel with good breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, with a full hot breakfast served. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was courteous.

Cons:

There was no internet. The hotel was suffering from an outage that had been going on for at least 24 hours before we arrived. Front desk staff could not locate reservation due to outage and check-in had to be done manually with pen and paper. No internet also meant there was no wifi and no television. Everything was still down when we left, meaning they had no internet for at least 48 hours.

The young man who was at the front desk upon arrival on 9/16 evening should get a raise! He listened and responded to all our questions and concerns. His customer satisfaction score is 10+. You are blessed to have him as an employee/associate. Please thank him for us.
The morning lady 9/17 at the front desk and serving breakfast was a real gem too. So friendly and courteous. She anticipated our needs before we asked. She deserves a raise too! You are blessed to have her on your staff!

Friendly staff, there was lemon water in the lobby which was a nice touch. loved the little fitness room was able to get my lifting in while away. Pool was small and water kinda cold, but was clean and perfect for my son and grandson to enjoy. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Stayed 2 nights and unexpected surprise the room was clean with a couple hersey kisses left in the table for me when i got back from the game for the second night and it definately was not clean when i left for the game. I'm already booked there for another gameday weekend. Loved this place.

Pros:

The toilet was plugged and they asked if we could take care of it with a plunger. No Kleenex. No bags for wet suits. Breakfast finally arrived as we were preparing to leave.

Pros:

Staff were awesome, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean. Honesty the only problems I had were more with the owner of the building not updating the shower/rooms/AC or not buying food to supply for breakfast but the staff had good hearts about it and I would stay here again just for the staff and cleanliness.
