Nice hotel. Just loud.
Pros:

Nice hotel.

Cons:

It was noisy. I think there was a youth hockey tournament in town. the hotel was full of noisy children.

It was a great weekend getaway in the mountains. Thank you for your hospitality.
Pros:

We loved that, despite having a dog with us, our room was exceptional. No downgrade noticed (no plastic chairs for example). We loved the cushie dog bed, bowls and treats for our pup... and the people cookies were good too!

Cons:

The weather outside was cold... but the hotel was cozy... so on the balance, I don't think this complaint counts.

Cons:

Unfriendly after service. Was in need of a different address on the invoice which apparently can not be done after check out. . During check out i was told different. Disappointing

Nice hotel, but some pet owners can be a nuisance.
Pros:

The location and price were both very good—especially during high season. Large clean rooms, friendly staff, warm breakfast, easy walk to local amenities, equipment lockers and free ski shuttle made the hotel very convenient.

Cons:

The hotel is marketed as pet-friendly, which can be a nuisance. One particular guest let her dog run unsupervised in the hallway while her room was being cleaned, letting her dog poop on the hall carpet and try to enter into other guests' rooms. When confronted by housekeeping staff and other guests she refused to take control of her dog. There needs to be higher expectations for guests choosing to bring their pets to a hotel.

For the price (which I felt was high compared to other properties) maybe there should be a discount rate to stay in this
Pros:

It was nice, staff was great.

Cons:

It was so loud! We were in room 320 and the elevator and people were so loud. Parking was scarce. We got a spot one day but had to park across the street the next.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The hot breakfast was fantastic! The Christmas decorations were so beautiful.
