Best Western Plus Richmond Indiana I-70

Clean and quiet, a lot of road construction around it made entering and exiting a little tricky but it was a decent place

Honestly the hotel was fine- nowhere in the description does it state it’s literally backed right up on a train track and I mean it vibrates your room and it’s loud. Woke me up I was so scared till I realized.

This is a recently renovated property. I found the bed too stiff, but my wife liked it. The shower room vents well enough, but the sliding glass doors tend to open themselves while you are showering. There are no night lights in the bathroom, but I bring my own because that is often the case. The breakfast that morning was a bit limited compared to other such chains, but it was adequate for both of us. So, the place isn't quite worthy of a "5" but I certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Arrived at 1 AM without any issues. I've traveled a lot for business and personal reasons over the years, and this is probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever had! Breakfast was also very good. I only wish there had been actual cream (not prepackaged sweetened stuff--can't eat sugar) and ice available at breakfast. All in all, great stay, though!

Lots of shopping malls and department stores. Lots of dining options.

Only stayed one evening. New facility was nice, clean. Close to multiple restaurants, downtown, and US 70. Had to wait five minutes or better to get service to check in, but rest of experience was fine including a decent breakfast.

Property looked and felt like it was recently remodeled. Very comfortable, quiet, and convenient. Breakfast was very good. Will stay again when in the area.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We stopped for a night while heading back home from being out west. Very restful stay.

The patio just off the lobby is wonderful and quiet. Perfect for an outside nightcap or supper.

Good place to stay. Beds are clean and comfortable, bathrooms updated. Wifi is a little weak, and even the tv broadcast has "stutters". Good breakfast. and clean area.
