Pros:

Berto was exceptional. He found a way to help and made sure we were comfortable with the alternative accommodations.

Cons:

Had some issues with the refrigerator. It had a bad leak and no longer worked and there was not another room or refrigerator available.

Pros:

The room was pretty clean and comfortable. The facilities were nice and breakfast was decent. Great location and easy to access. Close to a couple fast food places.

Cons:

There was a smell in the room that was off putting. We couldn't figure out if it was mold, the AC, or something else. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't pull any air. There was some hair in the bathroom, but otherwise the room was clean.

Very pleasant and quiet. Very nice little Hill Country town. Will stay again.
