our stay was disappointing in terms of service. On our first day, there was no conditioner provided in the room. The staff also did not seem very welcoming or friendly. There was no greeting or eye contact. We also encountered a staff member in the elevator. We initially went to the second floor but realized that we were on the wrong floor and needed to go to the third floor. The staff member appeared annoyed by this and chose not to continue with us in the elevator. Overall, the location was excellent, but the customer service could definitely be improved

My family stayed here for one night as a stopover during our trip. We arrived a little early and were hoping for an early check-in, but we were simply told no without anyone checking to see if our room might be ready.

Unfortunately, the biggest issue during our stay was the overall feeling of being watched. While we were at the pool, a staff member sat facing the pool for an extended period of time, which made us feel very uncomfortable and uneasy.

Breakfast was similar. It seemed like staff were constantly watching guests and monitoring where we were and what we were doing. I understand staff need to keep an eye on things, but the level of attention made us feel uncomfortable rather than welcomed.

Overall, the experience just didn’t feel relaxing or inviting. For us, I would choose to stay somewhere else in the future.

Stromausfall
Pros:

Wir hatten ein geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer mit Sitzecke. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ab 20.30 Uhr war in der ganzen Umgebung, bis zu unserer Abreise am nächsten Morgen, Stromausfall. Da kann natürlich das Hotel nichts dafür, aber trotzdem fällt die Bewertung deswegen nicht so positiv aus.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück wurden, der Umstände wegen, nur Backwaren verteilt und Wasser angeboten. Und natürlich kann man mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht zufrieden sein.

Zimmer war groß

Cons:

Wir kennen noch die Zeiten als wir Jung waren und noch Motels genutzt haben. Das ganze war etwas ähnlich.
