This property was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It included a really good breakfast. Includes an omelet chef and waffles, coffee ,juices etc. It has an indoor pool and hot tub that is very well kept. It is right acrossed the street from a grocery store, coffee shop and Subway. It is 15 mins to Pullman, Wa from property.
There was no access to Netflix.
No parking when I checked in late.
Nothing. Says pet friendly. I check in and am told if my dogs bark the front desk will hear about it because I am in a room right next to on site hotel manager. My dogs are not barkers but dogs do bark. It was
almost hostile in representation. No elevator. No dogs alone in room. How does one get 4 trips of supplies, 2 dogs up 2 flights of stairs without leaving the dogs in a room or a hot car? Couldn’t access breakfast without rubbing up on someone as room is so small. The external garbage cans were disgusting and leaking so when you walk in it’s through a trail of garbage slime and a bunch of flies.
Breakfast was very good, especially the made-to-order omelets. However, the lady preparing the omelets was not very friendly, particularly toward first-time guests who were unfamiliar with the ordering process. A little more patience and a brief explanation of the procedure would have made the experience much more welcoming.

Extremely clean and well cared for.
Our room was unique with having a full kitchen that was all normal sized. Plus we had a king bed with a queen Murphy bed.
The lack of a full sized coffee maker. Also the lack of coffee pods in the kitchen. Only 2 regular and 2 decaf. I had to go and request additional regular coffee
