loved the free breakfast!

Cons:

when i got there to check in, i was excited to be there and was about to give a compliment about the cleanliness of the lobby but the lady at the front desk was beyond rude. she ruined the whole experience and had major attitude. other staff members were fine. she started off by saying i have to go because i left food in the microwave, so i waited for her. when she came back she just stared at me. i was on the phone while i waited and was waiting for her to say how can i help you but she never did. i just assumed she was still busy but when i finally looked at her she was staring at me and made this face. i was like hi, are your ready and she looked at me harder and nodded her head. it was so awkward and rude. i was like well hello to you too mam.

Wonderful. Will come again.
Pros:

Every detail was accounted for. The staff was delightful, and the entire premises not only looked very clean, but smelled clean and inviting. The pool area was the perfect temperature.

Cons:

I wish it were closer to a restaurant and bar, but that is entirely out of Best Westerns control.

Great bed and bedding, clean and friendly
Pros:

The bed was very very comfortable, the sheets were excellent, the pillows were good, nice towels, clean room.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was pretty good but it would be much better if they used real eggs instead of powdered.
