Good locatio, good value
Pros:

Breakfast was what I expected ... more than adequate. Location was main reason for stay. A direct route to Capitol and legislative offices.

Cons:

I would have preferred that the breakfast ran later ... like 9:30 or 10:00.

Very disappointed that a chain hotel would operate this way.
Pros:

Good location in proximity to downtown.

Cons:

The first floor smelled like marijuana. The staff was allowing marijuana to be smoked in the rooms and the entire first floor smelled like it. The smell crept into our room, so we were unable to get away from it. This made my wife very uncomfortable, and it was very disappointing.
