The bed had sprung on one side.
Clean when we came in and looks to being updated on the outside with painters when we arrived
Breakfast is only 7-9 am so not a lot of time to get downstairs to eat on a Saturday morning! Plus the price ? Was high and sure if it was because of the state fair where we was going for a concert

Mold and horrible smell in room-avoid this Best Western (and I love staying at Best Westerns-I’m highly disappointed). The painted over mold as well!

Was very dirty found some old food under couch and found some skittles lol
The prices
The air did not work in my room.
Breakfast was good however we went around 8:55 and most of the pastries were gone. Front desk gentleman was so friendly and welcoming.
The chair in my room had a warped seat cushion. When I sat down, I fell out of the chair.
The pool didn’t have any towels to use after you got done swimming.
The facility was located next to an interstate entrance/exit, fuel stations, coffee store and a McDonalds. The room and the the lobby were immaculately clean. The showerhead wasn't tall enough for my height, but the facilities were well cared for

Over all a great stay
There wasn't benches to set on outside
Pre-booked and they were ready for us BUT. The AC in the room was set for 30C which is almost 87F. We turned it down to a reasonable level but it took over four hours for the room to cool off. Hours we tossed and turned and did not get any rest. And yes we both took a cool shower to try to cool off.
Please advise the staff that if you leave the AC at 76F you save tons of money on electricity and wear and tear on the machine - not to mention you would have gotten a better rating from me.
Also. Free breakfast needs to be made and placed out for the guests. You don't get to sit behind the counter and read while
the supplies run out.
The other guests. Seriously!
If you spill your food all over the center of the hallway carpet get a towel out of your room and pick your mess up. I don't care what colour your skin is. My Mama raised me to be considerate. Sad that your Mama raised an entitled witch.
