Better call to confirm your reservation!
Cons:

Arrived to the hotel at midnight. Upon arrival, was told that they did NOT have a reservation under my name even after I showed them my confirmation. There were no other hotels in town that had any rooms as there was a big convention going on. So we had to drive 20 min to the next town to find a place to stay in the middle of the night.
