Amazing !
Pros:

Amazing experience from the moment I checked in late at night with John ! He provided quick and excellent service. John went above and beyond providing my family with a play bin personally delivering it and providing amazing recommendations for Buena Vista

Awesome stay. 10 out of 5 stars
Pros:

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Jacob at the front desk is quite possibly the nicest most professional front desk clerk I've ever encountered in my travels. Great coffee in coffee shop, which is a local business. Awesome stay. 10 out of 5 stars.

We would visit again!
Pros:

Our son stayed at a camp near Taylor Canyon, and we stayed in Buena Vista a couple nights. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with friendly faces and given helpful information. The facility was very clean, with comfortable rooms and beds. We were impressed with how well the breakfast looked and the variety of options. The pancake maker was a hit! Staff was friendly and the swimming pool was a bonus! We would visit again.

Pros:

I liked the welcome greetings from John at the front desk, he really made my family feel valued. Additionally, I loved that they have water fountains on every floor, I forgot to buy water bottled and woke up thristy on the middle of the night and I just had to go to refill my bottle outside. It was nice!

Cons:

I was on the first floor and had a hard time falling asleep because I could hear the guest on the second floor walking around. Maybe the hotel needs to put thicker carpet.

Spacious, Clean, Friendly, Updated, Centrally-Located Perfect Stay!
Pros:

We had the nicest time at the Best Western Buena Vista! From the seemless check-in process with MonaLisa (who was AMAZING) to the immaculate, spacious, bright, updated rooms and the delicious, hot, fresh breakfast with tons of variety, we could not recommend this place more! It was walkable to town and the Surf Hotel, the staff was great, parking was super easy and the coffee shop / gift shop were SO cute. We will absolutely be back, thank you!

Amé el hotel !!! llegue y John del front desk fue un amor!! Cuando llegué me recibieron con un feliz cumpleaños y un cupcake con velita en mi habitación! El desayuno es realmente increible!!!

I think it was an okay stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. Bacon day was good, I did not like the egg with cheese (I don't like cheese) the other day. Toaster was problematic and the staff member ordered a new one. The hot water (for tea) was not hot enough to brew a good cup of tea.

Cons:

Housekeeping did not come one day.

Disappointing
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The hotel was very tired. The annexed “cafe” did not provide an adequate range of food. The hotel did not refund my $100 “authorisation”. My bank card had to refund it to me after 30 days because the hotel had taken too long to do so.

50th anniversary
Pros:

John and Michelle made our stay wonderful. They recommended restaurants to eat at because we were celebrating our fiftieth anniversary.
