Nice BW to check out
Pros:

First time staying here and will definitely comeback. Very friendly staff, very clean property, comfortable rooms with a good view of the mountains. Plenty of parking, definitely above average complimentary breakfast (Peet’s coffee), reasonable price for the area and season.

A great mountain hotel
Pros:

Everything was wonderful from the check in, spacious double queen room, large bathroom and parking was easy. The pool and sauna were a hit with the kids. I would highly recommend a stay at the Best Western in Buena Vista !

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

The room spacious and clean. The staff was superior and helpful and made our checking and out very efficient. It was a great location with adequate parking. We would absolutely stay there again.

BW in Buena Vista Colorado is a great place, roomy, clean and super nice people!
Their suites are on par with Hilton Garden inn.....the best!

Mountain views, comfortable room, good location
Pros:

Visited for three nights in Buena Vista last summer. Location is convenient to town and to hiking. View of the mountains from the room and in front of the property is big plus. Room was very comfortable with modern amenities, people working at the desk were friendly and helpful...gave us some good restaurant recommendations. Buena Vista is a fun base location for good times in the mountains, in Salida, out to Florissant Fossil Beds, or rafting along the Arkansas River. Buena Viking for burgers and BV Roastery ( get there early) are fun

Pleasant, but too expensive for the accommodations.
Pros:

It was a normal breakfast, extremely similar to almost every other hotel chain in the country. The room was normal for a Best Western hotel. Parking was good, plenty of space. Check-in went very smoothly, hotel staff were very professional and friendly. The view from the room was beautiful, and the bath robes were a very nice touch for our stay.

Cons:

The price. It was 3x what I would normally pay for the same room anywhere else.

The “best” Best Western
Pros:

We were on a road trip across two states, this was our third Best Western in a row, and it was head and shoulders above the others. Sure, the basic room configuration was pretty standard, but the management in THIS Best Western really goes the extra mile. It’s the small touches that stand out, like a high quality shower head, an extra bath mat in front of the sink, and the better quality breakfast items (Peet’s coffee, Bonne Maman honey, large selection of teas, heated syrup for the robot-prepared pancakes). There was even a little section of all gluten free items, complete with a separate toaster to prevent cross contamination! When we checked in, I saw all the awards posted in the lobby, and wondered about them; by the time we checked out, I understood why they got so many awards. Over and above.
