Best Western Vista Inn

The property was very clean and comfortable. John at the front desk was very helpful and was willing to accommodate my requests (for example, a toothbrush).
He let me know that he was available until 11:00 PM.
This was not my first stay at this property, and would likely use it again should I find myself needing accommodations in this area again.

We loved the breakfast and the staff at the dining room.

Perfect location in downtown Buena Vista close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Our room had a gorgeous mountain view. The room was spacious and beds were super comfortable. I love that there's a decent sized indoor pool and they serve continental breakfast until 9:30am.

Lovely hotel. We were especially pleased that the room was cleaned for the second night’s stay with made beds, clean towels and replenished supplies. Staff was very kind and helpful. The gentleman who checked us in at 4 on Friday was very welcoming and helpful. The gentleman who serviced the free breakfast was also welcoming and very efficient.

The experience was great. The pool area was good and warm. The breakfast was good as well. Very quiet and comfortable after a long hike. The area supports many opportunities to eat out with a few being really good and friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. Honestly, one of my favorite Best Western experiences (unless others have also stepped up their game recently). It has a delicious breakfast with a wide selection of offerings: oatmeal (including fresh berries to put in it - you dont see that often!!l along eith the usual items to put in it), eggs and bacon, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and the other standard fare. Pretty amazing complimentary breakfast!! The beds were comfortable, you have a very nice sized refrigerator in the room, and you have an actual nice bath rug in front of the sink. Not the flat bath mat in most hotels, but an actual, fluffy bath rug that feels nice on your feet!!! I have never seen a hotel a have that. Finally, I LOVE the sustainable aspects - they have glass glasses (not paper cups), they have a glass bottle for you to use in their water bottle filler to have water in thr room, and they have a water bottle filling station! I highly recommend this hotel. The one slight downside is that there is no elevator to get to the 2nd floor. So, if mobility is an issue for you, I wpuld suggest calling the desk when you make a reservation and request to be on the 1st floor. Otherwise, the walk up the steps is very short and helps you work off breakfast.

Very clean. Staff was all very kind and very very quick responses. Probably best service, cleanest facilities I have gotten at best western!

Breakfast room was eas to find and centrally located. Bacon, eggs, potatoes, fruit, bagels and cereal that was good and hot.

Jon that checked us in was extremely pleasant and got us an extra blanket for the kids. Hotel was clean and kids enjoyed the sofa bed.

We had a lovely time at the hotel. John at the front desk was wonderful. The hotel was clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was hot and had many choices. It was clean and monitored routinely. The attached coffee shop was darling! It had very cute things in it to buy.

Rooms were excellent, Clean! And Breakfast was excellent & the Breakfast Lady was Awesome very helpful & friendly. Check in Counter staff was excellent as well, totally recommend and will come back!

The Vista Inn Best Western was a beautiful hotel in a small town that went above and beyond in terms of customer service and cleanliness. The hotel has been renovated and has such clean and classy details everywhere. The staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. The breakfast was delicious for an included breakfast as well. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Robert was very friendly & informative he helped us save money on our day passes at mt princeton! Breakfast was good lots of options!
