Best Western Pine Tree Motel

Incredible experience all around. Great customer service, clean room, great location. The only complaint I can see someone else saying would be the bed is too firm (at least the one I was in) but I prefer firm and slept great! I was only there one night and it was exactly what I had hoped for and more and a great price. Will be back!

Location ls kind ok the Atmosphere is friendly the rooms are always clean its at a great price very quiet with a very attentive staff. One of my favorite places to stay..

This place is definitely on the older side, but that's part of its charm! The staff was great and so close to Ontario airport. I'll be staying again!

Stayed for two days , only gave one set of breakfast tickets
Overall , pretty big space. Clean. Loved the size of the shower but needs more pressure.

The original structure seemed to be from decades earlier (maybe the 60s?) but the room was clean and comfortable. The receptionists were very kind. Came with breakfast--that was also great.

Zero complaints. The stay was perfect for the one night I stayed. Different options around for food, couple shopping stores close by. Rooms were clean and staff was beyond amazing. Breakfasts was great and well kept up with. Would stay again definitely

Room was clean and staff was great

Terrible experiance checking in and with the staff at this hotel. They illegally want you to provide proof of certification or a doctors note for a service dog or they will cancel your reservation on site. Most unacceptable service I have ever received. Do not recommend anyone to stay here even if you dont have a service dog, the way they treat their guests is appalling and accordingly to other reviews I am not the only perosn who has had this experience here.

Was comfortable

The staff was very friendly. Even though the facilities was old, it was maintained immaculately. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. Definitely enjoyed my stay and will come back.

Very nice and friendly staff, we felt welcomed right away. Our main complaint is that the beds are quite firm, so we had some problems sleeping.

Apart from that it was an enjoyable stay. The pool area is nice and we used it several times to cool of after a long day in the heat. The breakfast is good according to US standard and varies a little day by day, which is appreciated when staying for a longer time. The pancake machine broke regularly though. Sometimes it could be fixed, sometimes not.

The rooms are pretty standard. USB-sockets in the lamp by the bed for easy charging of mobile devices was a nice detail.

For us, who are out on adventure the whole days and just needs a place to sleep and eat breakfast it was great.

Always love staying here. Great job of taking old place and making it beautiful! Still remain charm of old school motel in tree like setting

It’s nice but not as nice as the pictures make it seem. It’s just an average room. Check in was fast and staff is friendly.
