Property was good .
Facility was bad . Ac was not working. We called Reception they are not able to resolve issue .
Friendly greeting, quick service
We liked the breakfast, it had lots of selection. the ladies at the front desk and in the dining room were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. There is lots of great parking, the building has lots of natural light and is a convenient layout.
There wasn't really anything that was obvious at the time.
To warm in common areas could not enjoy breakfast

Washroom door not closed properly
The location is great, only a few minutes drive to the beach and town; free parking and the beds (2 queen) were comfy with 4 pillows per bed; some staff were friendly and doing their best. That’s what earned the 2 stars.
Otherwise; the hotel has the air of being neglected. From the musty stale odour when entering the lobby, despite the updated furnishing look, to the strong chemical odour in the room, and lacking a cleanliness you would expect in any hotel, it was a miserable experience staying here this summer.
Points to note Best Western; Check-in advertised as 3pm, told not ready until 4pm, essentially go away and come back later - no apology, and no eye contact from manager.
On arrival in the room, smell of chemicals hit first, toilet had an intermittent constant tank refill running, counter top jammed over the lid, so unable to be checked by staff; sink not properly cleaned, hand soap empty had to ask for a replacement, evidence of poor maintenance everywhere (photos), bathroom floor stained and not properly cleaned, bath stained.
Balloons were left on top of room cupboard, presumably by previous guests and bedding sheets were rumpled. Fridge grubby, wall surfaces streaky looked like they were cleaned with a dirty cloth.
TV not smart, only cable channels, difficult to use remote and grainy picture. Internet was next to useless, unable to download movies on portable device so no ability to relax with entertainment in the room - very poor considering technology now.
Bathroom fan stopped working on last day, emitting a high pitched whining when on.
Dining room tables were sticky, not clean, breakfast is not great, light bulb missing; the lack of attention to detail is astounding for a Best Western chain.
We left a day early, very disappointed, would not recommend!

Quarto confortável e com uma cozinha útil e funcional. Amplo e com bastante espaço. Perfeito pra minha família de 4 pessoas. Café da manhã bem razoável, acima do que eu esperava. Funcionárias dacrecepção muito simpáticas e atenciosas.
No último dia acabou o waffle e o suco de laranja bem antes do término do horário do café da manhã.
It was close to all amenities
The breakfast was one of the worst hotel breakfasts we have ever had. On top of that, the staff member serving breakfast was extremely rude and unfriendly toward the guests, which made the experience even worse.
The hotel also seemed very understaffed. There was only one receptionist who appeared to be responsible for everything, including housekeeping. On the second day of our stay, we had a question and the receptionist we spoke with was unable to provide any information or assistance. She seemed confused, had no idea what was going on, and was also quite rude.
Overall, the lack of proper staffing, poor customer service, and disappointing breakfast made our stay very unpleasant. We expected much better and unfortunately would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
Location is great
Bathroom was dirty... non skid mat in the bathtub had not been removed in days. Dirt under the non skid mat ... not acceptable... non skid mat should not be used ... collects bacteria from other people's showering habits. No plug fir the coffee machine available... no in room hairdryer... toilet seat was YELLOW ... needs replacing immediately.
