Staff very accommodating Building and property requires some tlc
Pros:

Everything you need is there. Quality of cooked food needs attention. Coffee was really good

Cons:

Sound from above rooms is annoying Every step sounds like heavy thumping. Although carpeting is harder to clean it would muffle some of the noise

Room was nice and it was clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was disgusting. The staff brought food out in bowls so nothing was hot and she brought 3 pancakes out at a time then it would be over 10 minutes before she'd bring out 3 more.
The front of the building looks like it's falling down and no one vacuumed the hallway the 2 nights we were there.

Renovated shower room. Very good and comfy beds.

Cons:

No kitchen light. There was very dark area, difficult to prepare food.
TV was not working g. Very difficult to get in. Needed to go throughout TV setting each time after you turn off.

Breakfast was okay. Location is great. The room was clean.

Cons:

There was hardly ever anyone on the reception desk if needed. Our room needs a new shower curtain. Hallways were not clean the day we arrived but were vacuumed the next day.
