Comfortable, convenient, old school nice.
Pros:

Great stay on Rt. 66. Love being able to park right in front of your room. So convenient...old school has its advantages.
Clean, modernized with comfy beds; fridge,microwave, free breakfast with the lightest waffles I ever taste.
ice machine makes really nice soft ice.
King room had a sofa, which was a welcome touch.
Friendly front desk.

Terrible "hotel", actually a MOTEL.
Pros:

Bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood, WiFi kept disconnecting, coffee and food was horrible, Cleaning crew uses dirty mops (stains all over bottoms of doors/baseboards), TV had only a couple channels, booked for 2 nights and had to get key card reprogrammed the 2nd day while wife stood outside room door, old motel "converted" (not very well), won't ever stay here again.

Very nice remolded and very clean!
Pros:

It was very nicely remolded and clean. We had our dog with and the lady at the front desk/check in gave us the best location we have ever had! We backed right up to our door. Single story cottage type. No one next to use so absolutely no noise!

Poor management! Going to run into the ground
Pros:

The front desk receptionist didn’t speak English nor did she talk understand and was rude. The shower didn’t work. It was backed up. The floors had roaches and bugs. If this is the representation of best western I guess your going to be like target. Going woke go broke. You’ve gone woke.
