We were glad to find a safe,clean place to sleep on short notice.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine but quite limited in choices.Location was great.
I believe they would be wise to change their brand of coffee.

Cons:

Bed was slightly uncomfortable due to the mattress which i believe needs to be upgraded. I awoke with a sore back which is unusual for me when sleeping in almost all hotels.It was only transitory and not a big deal.Our room was on the 2nd floor . There was an elevator but the physical location of our room required us to walk across the parking lot, climb a set of stairs, walk down a long corridor to our room on the outside.This was a cold night and my wife has had 4 knee replacements and 1 hip replacement so isn't the most mobile individual.

The location of the unit we were in. Next time we will request inside access rather than an exterior door.

MMMmm.... awful, disappointed

Cons:

I was disappointed... there was bugs in my room, I crushed one underfoot, and left it so it could be seen. I packed up and left by 1:40 am because I could not sleep (with bugs on the brain). The worst part, was when I left, I told the clerk at the front desk and he, with a jovial smile and attitude said, "oh ya, there is a lot of them". Not a bit of concern on maybe why I was leaving, seeing it was 1:40 in the morning?? My hope here, is two fold; 1) get your bugs dealt with, 2) get your staff focused on the customer - teach them to listen more intently

At right around $100/night it’s good value.
Pros:

The room was clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating.

Cons:

There are a lot of people hanging around out front. My room overlooked a dirty back alley. The proximity to KFC was very evident due to the smell in the area.

Horrible and bad. This place needs to be renovated.
Pros:

There was nothing that I liked this is a horrible hotel and needs to be updated.

Cons:

Bad beds, tv didn’t work the so called hot tub has a note on the door saying it’s condemned from the health department. This place needs to be shut down permanently I would never recommend this place to anyone. They should have refunded my money.

Good value for your money.
Pros:

Restaurant was great. Rooms were good. Friendly staff. The gal in the breakfast area was wonderful!

Cons:

Bit noisy. AC was hard to control and ran all night.
