We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and were very satisfied overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The amenities provided were excellent and added great value to our visit. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety, making it a convenient and energizing start to the day. The front desk staff was very friendly, polite, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The service truly stood out and made us feel welcome. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel and overall a great experience. The rooms were pretty good, very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay relaxing. We really loved the amenities provided, as everything we needed was easily available and well maintained. Breakfast was included with the stay, and it was fresh, filling, and a great way to start the day. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, which made us feel comfortable right from check-in. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Made a mistake on booking and did not return payment. Had to stay at another hotel and paid for a room we did not stay in. Poor customer service. Would expect a refund in such situation.

Unfortunately there was cockroach in the room 224 and when we told it to the front desk they only said sorry. I stayed there with my family for a night and I never recommend it to anyone. We never back there again.

The property was set up well but the room was definitely not clean.

i had a wonderful stay here with my family.We arrived late night and the front desk person welcomed is very warmly.Our key cardsand registration card were already ready so we checked in few minutes.Room was very spacious and had a seprate room inside the so complete privacy. Room was super clean and all amenties were loaded.Bed mattraces were very comfortable.We slept like babies after a tired day.In the morning,there was a hot continental buffet brealfast including sausages,beans eggs wagfels muffins croissants,bagels coffee ,tea and specialty nutella which was very exciting for kids as they felt being at home.I recommend to all families this hotel.

Parking was easy. Staff was easy to talk to and professional. Wasn’t a lot of room for the breakfast area.

The rooms were very clean and it was last minute booking as we were heading back to our home, we have never stand in this town it was our first time staying with Baymont. The experience was very good. Staff was very professional. The rooms were pretty much clean. I have never thought to have such a good rooms in this town overall experience of the room and the hotel is very much good. I would definitely recommend to my company. We would be coming back for work in the town. We would be staying with you guys.

I have been to Hinton many times and know this is a service industry town. The has had renovations done, touch up Drywall and paint...Very shoddy. Numerous Flys and Mosquitos in the room, made it feel unclean. Not anywhere to a Wyndham standard which we have stayed all over North America.
