Cleanliness
8.2
Generally praised as very clean in many reviews (multiple mentions of 'very clean' rooms), but there are recurring issues noted with pool cleanliness, stained tubs and at least one comment suggesting sheets may not have been washed properly.
Service
8.7
Staff and front desk receive strong positive mentions (friendly, professional, responsive, quick to act); a few isolated negative interactions reported (a breakfast attendant with attitude). Overall service is a clear strength.
Location
8.1
Location is convenient for some guests (close to the university, easy access), though a few comments say it could be in a more noticeable/better spot.
Room Quality
7.5
Rooms are described as clean and comfortable, but multiple practical issues lower the score: AC not cooling or leaking, slow hot water/low pressure, humid/odd smells in one room, chipped tubs and general bathroom wear.
Amenities
8.1
On-site amenities (pool, small gym, laundry) are appreciated and frequently available; however there are notes about pool cleanliness, limited pool hours, and small/dated facilities in places.
Value for Money
8.6
Several guests note good price and repeat stays ('our favorite hotel', 'price was good'), suggesting strong perceived value, especially given included breakfast and family-friendly aspects.
Food and Beverage
8.4
Breakfast is often highlighted positively and even specially prepared by attentive staff, though the service process is described as limited (one hot plate per person, no seconds) and one reviewer noted an attendant with an attitude.
Overall Experience
8.8
Most reviews describe a positive overall stay (clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff, family-friendly), with a few consistent operational issues that slightly reduce the experience but do not dominate overall sentiment.
