The door controls dont work well at all had a hard time with any of the locked doors. Could not get into any of the secured doors to the building or even our room.

Close to Zion

Cons:

Dirty fork and food on nightstand, dirty socks in closet, didn’t have a warm shower ONCE over 3 days, breakfast was suppose to go till 10, by 845 there was no food left and no more put out everyday. Filed a complaint almost 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything.

breakfast was the only good part

Cons:

room not ready I was told check in started at 3pm. We arrived 6:15pm and our room wasn't ready. Front desk was not friendly at all. She gave us our room key. but when we went up housekeeping was still cleaning our room and said itd be another 10 more minutes. our keys didn't work at any of the exterior doors and we had to walk around hotel at night with our young children in the dark to access hotel. unfriendly staff.
