Location was great for me. The staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool was open and clean and temperature was perfect.
Elevator was a little sketchy.
Het hotel is vlakbij de afslag aan de Interstate 5 gelegen, maar je hebt er toch helemaal geen last van het voorbij razende verkeer. Het hotel is modern, netjes en de kamers zijn schoon. Het personeel is voortreffelijk. We werden aan de receptie bij het inchecken heel hartelijk ontvangen door Gina en ze was ook zeer behulpzaam en attent. Zo een leuke dame! Het hotel heeft alle faciliteiten die je van hotel verwacht: van fitnessruimte tot zwembad en een (betaalde) wasmachine en droger. Vanuit het hotel konden we lopend naar het restaurant wat er vlak naast ligt en daar hebben we ook nog eens heerlijk gegeten. Ook het ontbijt was super! Je kon aan een dame (kok) doorgeven wat je voor soort eitje (sunnyside-up, scrambeld, met verse groenten etc.) je bij jouw ontbijt wilde en dat werd dan ter plekken voor je gebakken. Echt een goede ontbijtservice.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable
Our handicap room was on the 2nd floor. The elevator broke down shortly after we got settled. It was very difficult to get my cousin down the stairway. He was restricted to stay in the room and I ran up and down the stairs like a yo-yo taking the dog out, getting coffee, luggage in and out, and bringing up food. I am 73 years old. Handicap rooms need to be on the first floor.
