All in all a decent room.
Pros:

The tub was nice.

Cons:

The jets could have been better I wish check out time was later. Doing late check out would be a nice offer. Room wasn't the cleanest. Cost was a little high just because it had a Jacuzzi tub that could fit one person

Pros:

The bed was comfy, the room was clean and the jacuzzi tub was awesome!

Cons:

I got charged for my room after I already paid for it, kinda screwed up my funds for the weekend:( The lady helping us was nice but it was still very frustrating!!!

Booking.com failed us
Pros:

The room was absolutely beautifully appointed, quiet, and clean. The staff were extra attentive and we were treated so well.

Cons:

I booked this room and then had to move the booking to the next night. However, there was no communication between booking.com and the hotel about the change in stay, so we were considered a no show for the night we had changed and then had to pay full rate for the night we did stay. So paying twice for 1 night of stay was extremely aggravating and the hotel definitely was not worth $250+ for 1 night of sleep. So, booking.com has definitely lost us as customers at this time. No one would fix this issue even though I had provided timely request for a change in date for our stay. Very disappointing, but not the fault of this hotel.

This was a friendly and a great value; we will definitely be back!
Pros:

Breakfast was beyond what you usually get for a continental. Our room was warm and cheerful; the desk gals were genuinely glad we stayed. The room was set up with everything we could need. We would stay here again.

Cons:

There really wasn't anything that could have been better for a comfortable night's stay. It wasn't fancy, but it was a great place for our family to stay.

Definitely stay here! It’s a great place to stay!!
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome. Had a great variety of breakfast eats. Also, had a wonderful gal who will cook you an omelet, it was delicious! Best I’ve had at a hotel!! Highly recommend!! Hot tub was great, clean!! Everything about this place was great! I highly recommend staying here, we would definitely stay here again!!
