Cons:

Window leaking during the rain and front desk wanted to play it off like it wasn’t a big deal. Offered another room that had a musty smell like it hadn’t been cleaned or stayed in in a long time.

I did not feel safe
Pros:

Easy check in process

Cons:

Cleaning staff would use all their force to try to get into locked rooms in the morning. They were obviously locked for a reason. Was questioning my safety since the staff were removing the latch from outside the room while me and my family were still sleeping.
