The clean energy
The pool was closed
The location was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping stores.
The sheets had stains and the pillows were small and cheap. The room smelled smoke. The owner/manager was rude and uncooperative.
Front desk associate was very nice and personable. Great location. Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Air conditioner worked well thankfully since we currently live in the Texas summer heat. Bed was also very comfortable and the room rate was a great price too. Thank you for providing us with great service.
The TV was a bit old and didn't have the capabilities to connect his firestick/roku into it to stream. It would be loud during commercials and quiet during the tv show. It wasn't a problem but I was trying to be mindful for the neighbors.
Customer service exceeded my expectation.
The location was great. It was surrounded by restaurants, shopping centers, and activities for children. The location of the room on the bottom floor close to where we parked. The room with a double king and sofa bed was lovely. It was very spacious and comfortable.
The sink in the bathroom could have been cleaner. The guest across the hall were loud the entire stay, but overall my family enjoyed their stay.

The location was convenient for my travel needs and the check-in process was relatively straightforward. Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively impacted by multiple maintenance and customer service issues during my stay.
My stay was disappointing due to several issues with both the room and customer service. The room had a strong musty, damp odor throughout my stay. The shower leaked, the toilet did not flush properly, and the air conditioner made a loud squeaking noise day and night, making it difficult to rest. The mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable.
Additionally, there were no towels in the bathroom upon arrival. When I requested towels, I felt as though I was inconveniencing the staff. Despite housekeeping being on my floor with a cart full of towels, I was told they were only there to vacuum and could not provide towels. Communication with some staff members was also difficult due to a language barrier, which made resolving issues more challenging than it should have been. Overall, the property appeared to be in need of maintenance and improved guest service.
