Love that the property was big and provided food
Stayed for 5 days with 3 kids and didn’t get room cleaned till the last night. Requested for a room service on the first day. Not sure if there was a shortage but waiting 4 nights was ridiculous.
Great location very friendly staff and comfortable room
We booked for 5 ppl and had to ask for additional linen, including the pull out sofa bed. The blanket provided was very thin and we asked for a comforter but were denied and they gave us an additional thin knit blanket.

Nothing in particular, everything was great. The toilet didnt flush normal but it still worked ok. I informed the staff at check out and they were going to have it looked at.

My sister and I traveled with our daughters. They were on the 3rd floor. Since my room wasn’t ready, I requested the 3rd floor also. Mind you, it’s almost 4:00 P.M. I got the call saying my room was ready but it was not on the 3rd floor. I was upset about that. The clerk didn’t give me an explanation as to why. The shower was horrible. They had a shower curtain but no liner. Water was all over the floor after my daughter showered. She had to hold the shower head in her hand because the thing to hold the shower head was broken. Not only that, the water would not drain out of the shower. The shower should have had a door.

Everything was perfect! Immaculate facility and room. Our room was lovely and smelled great. All staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed the friendly staff and the wonderful area! It was so easy to get to places from this establishment! I was happy with the room as well, everything was clean-ish and the beds were comfy.
The breakfast options were not the best but were still good in their own right. I was very didappointed to see paint chippings in the pool and seeing no one cleaning or attempting to clean the pool. Myself and other guests had to start cleaning around the outside of the pool and even the water inside of it. The room I stayed it had not been vacuumed the best or thoroughly.
