Very varied, but won’t stay again.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. As was the bathroom. The TV could be turned on but unable to get any i turned

Cons:

Very close to major road and very noisy at all times. My room was in a bunch closest to the road but I had wear headphones with music to block out the traffic noise to go to sleep. 1 out of 3 staff members I met was helpful eventually fixing the telly.

I would stay again. I would just want to be assured the bathroom is not looking used at all
Pros:

The staff is always friendly and very efficient

Cons:

The bathroom could be cleaned better. Sometimes the ac goes up on its own and it’s hotter in the room in the morning than at night.

Pool not working as of 8/24/26
Pros:

The location was super convenient with grocery/food/shopping within a five minute drive down the road.

Cons:

I didn't like that the pool was out of service the whole week I was there which was half the reason I chose this place due to the weather forecast for the time I was there. When I spoke to the front desk, they said they informed booking.com that the pool was unavailable but I did not receive a heads up/notification from either the hotel or the website which was very inconvenient considering the price I paid.

Definitely will stay here again.
Pros:

The property was very clean and the room was beautiful.

Cons:

The only reason I gave it a 7 is because the elevator went out and of course we were on the 5th floor. The place lost power a couple of times too. Otherwise it was great.

Cons:

El desayuno muy básico para el precio. No hay muchas opciones. No sabía que había un paco de depósito al check in. EL olor de las alfombras se siente muy fuerte y si hay como un olor a humo de cigarrillo o a encerrado .

Very nice, would definitely suggest to fiends and family!
Pros:

The General Manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He made sure that we had rooms beside each other. He made sure the rooms were well stocked, clean and ready for our arrival. We appreciate how welcoming and cordial all the staff that we had interactions were. All Guests were very nice as well.

Cons:

Weird intersection to get into the parking lot. This is not the fault of the hotel, the parking lot was safe and well lit, just hard to enter the lot from the way the road was.
