My room was clean and had a pleasant smell.
my issue is with ORBITZ. my hotel reservation in Bloomfield , NM was made 2 months ago. the day before my arrival, Best Western Bloomfield calls to tell me I do not have a room because ORBITZ overbooked their hotel buy using EXPEDIA as a go between. Fortunately another hotel was available about 20 miles away. NOT COOL ORBITZ!

Ok motel. A bit loud at times but not bad. Breakfast was fine. Not many choices in the area for food but everything is right there. Wished I asked for room facing west, road noise was loud at times. Seems tv options were good. Spacious room. Clean and otherwise fine experience.
