I reserved a two bed room once i walked in the room one of the beds has a misplaced bottom leg holder didn’t last less then 5 min in the room i instantly wet to the front desk to let them know if i could get changed to a new room do to the situation and all the men did was be extremely rude and told me to leave. Once i left the property the men deducted 150 out of my credit card and said it was deducted from booking. Very very very bad experience! will never book with them!
Room were great nd the beds were the best but one thing that thru me off is the sodas were out dated and need to be taken out but other than that I give it 5 stars
If you enjoy the stench of a truck stop indian resturant, or you love laying down to sleep only to have a half dozen white trucks with their doors wide open blasting muisc and drinking just feet below your window this is the place for you. I asked for a first floor room and the "woman" with a beard said it wasnt possible 3rd floor it is. but fortunately the music drinking and singing was still plenty loud enough to override my audio book, so sleep wasnt a thing. the rooms are cheap, the bldg literally VIBRATES for what ever reason multiple times a day, And Im writing this review because reviews are what tricked me into reserving 5 nights here. awesome. STAY AWAY!!
Very clean room. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Very good breakfast, lots of hot options to choose from. Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy and waffles. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will stay here again next time in Victoria.
Very clean. Quiet. Good breakfast. The bed was super comfy and we slept very well.
There was a loose tile in the bathroom. The shower was a walk in so water got all over the bathroom floor which is probably why the tile was loose.
This hotel is very good. Clean rooms, good value, good breakfast every morning, even on Christmas Day. Easy access to and from. Pool, fitness center, many more amenities. Highly recommend!
Needed a clean quiet place to stay while attending a funeral. This hotel was perfect. Easy to get to. Clean, big room, quiet. And the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful when we ran out of hand soap. He immediately came & installed a new dispenser. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
Breakfast was great. The Staff were helpful, thoughtful, courteous, friendly and kind. Smiles and all.

Best Western Plus Victoria Texas off of Hwy 77, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, easy off on access to Hwy, lots of parking, helpful staff.
Beds were so comfortable I never sleep on my back and I knocked out like a baby; sadly there was a crusty used towel left on the shower and unknown stains on the restroom door. But other than that awesome customer service and amazing sleep.
Clean room, great breakfast, and the hotel it's self very clean. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here, when visiting Victoria.

The bed was comfy and bathroom was clean
There were half eaten pizza pockets left in the freezer when we got there and large gross stains on the floor and chair in the room.
Hotel is slightly dated but the customer service was beyond great. Hotel extremely clean. Team is fun and friendly, open to share places to go and things to do while on your stay. Will definitely book there next trip.
