Won’t be staying again. The silver fish infestation in bathroom my kids wouldn’t use it.

Location was close to our venue

Cons:

Bathroom was infested with silver fish, sheets were dirty, blankets were stained with other people’s hair, mattresses were horrible.

Got in at midnight n left at 8 am
Was woken up by staff cleaning rooms n banging on doors to see if Rooms were vacant.
Not worth the stay $$$ as it was almost $500

I think if there's one thing, more of an observation; the window looking into the gym should be frosted so people can't see in or out to maintain privacy for everyone.

HORRIBLE. STAFF were rude and confrontational. Refused government issued photo ID.

Staff. Refused to accept my government issued photo ID. Double charged me for the deposit then refused to book me in. Argued with me for almost an hour after a 10 hour drive. Had to go to another hotel

We will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. One morning we had to leave at 4am so the lady at the desk gave us each a sack breakfast which was greatly appreciated.
