I think if there's one thing, more of an observation; the window looking into the gym should be frosted so people can't see in or out to maintain privacy for everyone.

We will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. One morning we had to leave at 4am so the lady at the desk gave us each a sack breakfast which was greatly appreciated.

HORRIBLE. STAFF were rude and confrontational. Refused government issued photo ID.

Staff. Refused to accept my government issued photo ID. Double charged me for the deposit then refused to book me in. Argued with me for almost an hour after a 10 hour drive. Had to go to another hotel

It was sub par. Was declined a senior discount as I booked online. Room wasn't stocked.

Got in at midnight n left at 8 am
Was woken up by staff cleaning rooms n banging on doors to see if Rooms were vacant.
Not worth the stay $$$ as it was almost $500

Altes muffiges, dunkles Hotel das in die Jahre gekommen ist. Preis Leistung ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Das Zimmer war kalt und im Bad war nur eine Fußboden Heizung die nur eine Stunde läuft. Das Bad und der Boden waren Eis kalt. Das Zimmer war ein kaltes dunkles Zimmer. Nie mehr werde ich Best Western buchen
