Nothing. Was dirty.
Dirty. The room smelled of urine. Hallways and common areas were dirty. The room was disgusting.

room was very clean but very stuffy

I called the night before asking if I could check in being under 21 and was told yes with a valid id, I got there and the lady was kinda rude about it but checked me in, we didnt get shampoo or anything and we had to ask

Couldn't close the curtains. Light was in our eyes!
Older facilities. Walking distance to restaurants. Front desk very helpful. Laundry was good.
Noisy bath fan, noisy AC, outdoor light flickered off and on outside of the window. Toilet needs adjustment.
The rooms were very clean. The staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast was good as well. I plan on staying there again in a few weeks when I return to New Philly.
Location
I found out that I would not get my Best Western points because I booked with an outside company. That cost me a free night on my stay. Also the breakfast is not that great to start with, but every day they ran out of things. Will not staying there again.
Last day it looked like they never vacuumed the floor.
Bed was comfortable and staff was nice.
Area, unheated indoor pool, not very clean, needs updating.
