The hotel was clean and rooms comfortable; location very convenient.
Unfortunately multiple kids used the hallway as a playground - horrible night's sleep. Breakfast was pretty standard, scrambled eggs left to be desired.
Location of the property was good we have stayed there once before
The front desk ladies were not friendly at all checking in the lady was not friendly at all, our room had what seemed to be puke all down the kitchen sink cupboards. During check out I mentioned the dirty room to the front desk and said maybe put a note to clean that spot in the room and the girl didn’t even write it down or care what I said.
This has been our go to for years. And it truly is the best we have came across. Clean, spacious and super comfortable rooms. The best part of our stay is the incredible breakfast and hot coffee we get in the morning prepared by Kim. She is the best there is!

Location is great just a short drive to everything you could want
Being it had snowed, it would have been better if the parking area could have been plowed. At least could have the sidewalks shoved.
The breakfast is always great!
We had to get the cleaning staff to come clean the room before we were able to shower :( were offered no form of compensation or anything for the inconvenience
Coffee was good. Bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was poor - cold fake eggs, overcooked wrinkled sausages, horrendous muffins, no berries or sugar-free yogurt or granola options.
Hockey kids & their parents were very noisy in the hallways. We had to call the front desk at 10:30 pm to complain.
Only 1 functioning elevator.
Elliptical programing did not work and the equipment was not clean. The one short mat in the workout room was not sufficient for yoga or any stretches for anyone over 5' tall plus it was very dirty.
No options to hook up the "dumb" TV to Netflix or any other Apps.
It's cheaper to book through Booking.com than directly with the hotel. It should be the opposite in my opinion.

The breakfast was good, although we only had it once. The vicinity of the hotel was great! All amenities like shopping, food etc were either in walking distance or a short drive and was a short drive to the city if you wanted to go there.
Most of the time, you know what to expect at a BW hotel. This destination is not a new one for me, so I knew what it would be like. As in previous times, the breakfast left quite a bit to be desired. Instead of giving you free food, other BW locations (Leduc, for instance) give you $15 towards any item on the menu, and then they cook it fresh for you. If you choose the basic two-egg any style, toast, and a side (hash browns, fruit, etc.), then it's still free; but you can choose a better item from the menu and get a $15 discount if you so prefer.
Even though the hotel was not busy at all, we were assigned a room right by the elevators, even though we requested a quiet area. It was very apparent that the lady at the front desk was not interested in recognizing that I was a Gold member.
The pool was cool. Our kids liked the slide. The water was not too cold.
The lounge was closed because of Christmas.
The staff were accommodating. The rooms were clean.
The false fire alarm in the middle of the night was terrifying and disturbing. My bedside lamp did not work. The sheets on the bed were hard and scratchy.
