We liked the pool area and the breakfast
We waited an hour outside with 3 busy boys because our room wasnt ready when it was supposed to be. Receptionist was dismissive, cold, and mean

The atmosphere was nice.
The room was spacious. However the bed was quite firm. The alarm clock did not work at all (it was stuck on one time). The kitchen area was well equipped and convenient.
Good value. The hotel is starting to show its age, though.
The only challenge was that there was an incident of someone violently smashing into our door while we were sleeping at 11pm. Reported to reception who found the people doing it and dealt with it. As a gesture the hotel comped our late checkout fee. Would definitely be the place to stay next visit.

All the same size pillows. I like when there are different options of pillows. That makes a huge difference for sleep.
This is a great hotel, and we've stayed here many times. One of the highlights is the large breakfast area with plenty of variety. The pool, water slide, and hot tub are excellent amenities, and having guest laundry facilities is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing because the pool area was completely taken over by a couple of large groups. There were more than 20 + people, mostly children with only a handful of adults. While I have no problem with kids having fun, the group was extremely loud and not considerate of other guests, including families with younger children who were also trying to enjoy the facilities. They essentially occupied the entire pool area for over two hours.
We checked back several times, hoping things would settle down, but eventually gave up after waiting more than two hours. I think the hotel could do a better job of monitoring the pool area to ensure all guests can enjoy the amenities.
Despite this experience, we would stay here again because we've always had positive visits in the past. I just hope the hotel takes steps to better manage the pool area going forward.
I loved that they had a little welcome bag for your pet. It was amazing and my little guy loved playing with the toy. Everyone was polite and friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The pillows were not soft, they look fluffy but were hard

And the pool is okay. Very condusive for families and little kids
It's really far from town most especially the mall
